Villa Yonca,

If you are looking for a spacious villa where comfort and convenience are intended, Villa Yonca has been prepared for your purposes. Our Villa is located on a quiet side road, very close to the river. Within minutes you can have shops and restaurants just a 10 minute walk takes you right into the city centre.

As you can see in the pictures of the villa, it has been prepared to a high standard.

The villa has a capacity of 8 people and has 4 bedrooms in total. All bedrooms are designed as spacious and comfortable.

Kitchen;

If you want to cook your own meals, you can find everything you need to cook, prepare and cook in our fully prepared kitchen. There is a large fridge and freezer, electric oven, 4-burner gas cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, sink, microwave oven, 4-slice sandwich toaster, kettle, coffee machine, Turkish coffee machine, Turkish tea machine, juicer. With all the pots and pans you need.

There are 2 big sofas, air conditioner and 2 wide armchairs in the living room. There is an LCD TV as well as wi-fi. We have satellite TV with local selections as well as some English channels.

Ground floor;

1st bedroom: There are 2 single beds, bedside table, dresser and wardrobe. This bedroom has 1 bathroom on the ground floor for our guests.

1st floor;

2nd bedroom: In the bedroom on the upper floor, there is 1 double bed, dresser, wardrobe and bedside table.
3rd bedroom: The bedroom on the upper floor has 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Bathroom;2. The bathroom, which will be shared by our guests staying in the 3rd and 3rd bedrooms, is furnished in a modern style.

4th bedroom: This bedroom, located on the upper floor, has an en-suite bathroom, 1 double bed, dresser, nightstand and wardrobe.

All rooms, including the living room, have air conditioning and mosquito nets.

Garden and Patio;

In its elegant and well-kept garden of 500 m2, there is a 45 m2 swimming pool, a sufficient number of sun loungers, parasols, and a barbecue area to make your dinners enjoyable. One of the most special areas of the villa is that it has a large, completely sheltered veranda. Here, there are armchairs with a comfortable,The egg chair in garden and modern seating group and a dining table for 8 people. The garden area is safe and private.

The swimming pool is 45 square meters and its depth is 1.60 meters. Cushioned sun loungers, beach towels and umbrellas are available for guest use. There is a children’s pool for children, and an enjoyable and unforgettable holiday will be waiting for you.

Note: In addition, 2 bicycles are provided for free use for our guests who will stay in this villa.

After the current guest leaves, all the textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry room and are ready for use again in packages before the new guest.

With the awareness of caring about the health and hygiene of our guests who will stay in the villa, the entire villa is disinfected on the same day during the guest entry/exit interval after cleaning.
