Oasis is a stone throw from the medieval town of Campiglia Marittima, surrounded by 3 hectares of beautiful natural park with typical Mediterranean vegetation and age-old cork trees. Our self contained apartments are suitable for families, couples and your beloved 4-legged friends, or those seeking peace and tranquility. We have a large swimming pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas, barbecue facilities and private parking for our guests. Trekking and cycling are highly recommended activities in the beautiful Tuscan hills nearby, alternatively you can head to the local sandy beaches and soak up some sun. Come and stay with us, we look forward to seeing you for an unforgettable holiday.

Beautiful Tuscan villa set in quiet surroundings near the beaches

Friendly and attentive Christian and Stefano were available when we needed them for advice or help but also respectful of our privacy. The accommodation was perfect for our family holiday and a short drive to great sights, beaches and restaurants. The little nearby town was great for the kids to explore when they weren’t jumping in the crystal clear pool (reaching a high of 27 degrees in the summer, but obviously not late season!) Highly recommended

Great place to base your Tuscany adventure

We had a wonderful stay in Residence Oasis. The kids loved the pool and it was only a short drive to the fantastic Barrati Beach with its crystal clear water, fish and clean sand. Only a short walk away (10mins) was Campiglia Marittima with restaurants set in a medieval charm! The apartment was very nice with room for all 8 of us. We also had our own balcony with an amazing view. A bonus was our own barbecue, so we could grill some of the evenings. Perfect for day trips to Florence, Sienna, Volterra, San Giminamo, Pisa...... little tip.. dont miss the great restaurant in Venturina.. dont remember name.. but the one in center thats always full with locals :)

Wunderschöne große Anlage mit tollem Pool und super Lage. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, immer erreichbar und kümmern sich sofort, wenn es Probleme gibt. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dafür großzügig und sauber. Man braucht ca. 10 min zum Strand und wenige Minuten zu dem wirklich sehr sehenswertem Dorf Campiglia Marittima, hier auch mit kleinem Supermarkt und Tankstelle. Kommen gerne wieder!

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Anlage ist super, der Pool ist sauber, die Liegen mit Sonnenschirmen waren fantastisch. Unsere Männer haben die Zeit mit dem Tischtennis genossen. Wir hatten eine super schöne Terrasse. Zum Strand 10 Minuten Autofahrt. Alles Super, nur mit tiefergelegten Autos nicht zum Empfehlen, es wird knapp.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Unser Aufenthalt bei Stefano und Chris war sehr schön und herzlich. Beide waren super nett und immer hilfsbereit. Wir sind zu fünft gereist und hatten eine große Wohnung. Alles rustikal und in die Jahre gekommen, aber in Ordnung. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns, dass wir zwei private Terrassen hatten, die wir besonders gern morgens und abends genossen haben. Was auch super war, war WLAN am Pool. Besonders zu empfehlen ist die nahegelegenen Altstadt Campiglia Marittima. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Our stay with Stefano and Chris was very nice and warm. Both were super nice and always helpful. There were five of us traveling and we had a large apartment. Everything was rustic and showing its age, but OK. We particularly liked the fact that we had two private terraces, which we particularly enjoyed in the mornings and evenings. What was also great was the wifi by the pool. The nearby old town of Campiglia Marittima is particularly recommended. We really liked it.

14 Tage totale Entspannung

Super Wohnung, extrem angenehmer Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Toller Pool mit angenehm wenig Chlor im Wasser. Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte : 1. bei einer Wohmung die für 8 Pesonen ausgerichtet ist wäre eine Spülmaschine sehr angenehm. 2. Die Zufahrt zu den Parkplätzen könnte ein wenig begradigt werden. Würde die Anlage auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Anlage mit Pool und guter Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr guten 2 wöchigen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet mit einer vollständigen Küche, Dusche und Badewanne. Zusätzlich gab es noch Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern was im Sommer hilfreich ist (hatten wir im Mai aber nicht benötigt). Der Pool war sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist empfehlenswert, da man in 15min an verschiedensten Stränden ist, einkaufen in 5min Entfernung. Praktisch ist die Zugstation, von welcher wir sogar in 2h in Rom waren für knapp 40€ (direkte Anbindung ohne umsteigen) und dort einen Tag verbringen konnten. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfreich bei Fragen oder Tipps für Restaurants und sprechen englisch so dass man auch ohne italienisch sich austauschen kann.

Balsam für die Seele

Umgeben von schöner Natur befindet sich das Häuschen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend. Toller Pool und schöner Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Das kleine Dorf Campligia Marittima ist super süß und man zu Fuß mehrere Lokale erreichen. Besser vorher einen Tisch reservieren. Für Familien mit Hunden ist der Dog Beach sehr empfehlenswert! Gut zu wissen ist , dass man Handseife, Klopapier, Salz ,Pfeffer , Lappen etc. Am besten schon bei Anreise selber mitbringen sollte. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt:)

Sehr schöne Ferienanlage in der Toskana

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im August 2023 sehr genossen. Stefano und Cristiano waren bei Fragen immer verfügbar und kümmerten sich wirklich gut um unsere Belange. Der Pool war sehr schön und gut gepflegt. Was uns besonders gefallen hat, waren die Grillstationen. Cristiano hat diese sofort am nächsten Tag nach Gebrauch gereinigt. Das fanden wir sehr aufmerksam und bemerkenswert. Wir hatten eine große Ferienwohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, waren insgesamt 7 Personen, davon 3 Kinder. Die Schlafräume waren mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet, was sich als sehr vorteilhaft erwiesen hat, weil es unter dem Dach schon richtig warm wird. Die Kosten hierfür waren moderat. Man hat nur den Stromverbrauch gezahlt. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem sehr zweckmäßig. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, so dass man Essen kochen konnte. Geschirr, Töpfe etc war vollkommen ausreichend vorhanden. Auch ein Backofen war vorhanden, ebenso wie eine Mikrowelle. Für die Kinder waren eine Tischtennisplatte und ein Kickertisch vor Ort. Was etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war, waren die sehr engen Stellboxen für die Autos (aus Eisenrohrrahmen mit Stoffdach). Wenn man ein großes Auto hatte, musste man ganz schön aufpassen, dass man nicht dagegen fährt. Hier hätten ein paar Zentimeter Breite nicht mehr geschadet. Restaurants befinden in ca. 1km Entfernung. Vorbestellung zu empfehlen! Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr erholsam und schön. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Great house and great place to be!

Wij hebben een te gekke week gehad! Het betreffende huis heeft een schitterend zwembad en is voorzien van uitstekende ligstoelen. Bovendien ligt het enerzijds op een paar honderd meter van het historische stadje Campiglia Marittima met een paar uitstekende restaurants inclusief pizzeria’s en anderzijds ligt OASIS op een paar kilometer van het leuke badplaatsje SAN Vincenzo met prachtige zandstranden. De ondersteuning en hulp indien nodig op OASIS zelf was excellent met name dankzij Cristiano die een super gastheer ter plekke was daar! Wij komen zeker terug!

Schöner entspannter Urlaub

Unser Urlaub war superschön. Garten und Pool waren wunderschön. Die Ferienwohnung ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles ist super in Schuss, sauber und gepflegt. Christian und Stefano sind hilfsbereite und freundliche Vermieter, die stets zur Stelle sind, wenn man etwas braucht. Man kann die Tage chillend am Pool oder am 6 km entfernten Strand verbringen (auch für Hunde gibt es einen supertolle n Strandabschnitt). Der naheliegende Ort ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Von der Anlage aus, kann man auch Tagesausflüge nach Florenz, Volterra und Pisa machen.

Vacances en mode famille nombreuse

Étant une famille nombreuse (7 enfants), il n'est pas facile de trouver des biens correspondants aux multiples attentent de chacun (3 à 16 ans). A travers cette résidence, la gentillesse de Stefano et la taille de la piscine, nous avons passé deux superbes semaines. Guten Tag und Buon giorno! Wir waren diesen September 2019 mit 7 Personen für 14 Tage in der Ferienunterkunft "Residence Oasis" im wundervollen Örtchen Campiglia Marittima. Wir haben einen entspannten, sehr ruhigen, angenehmen Urlaub verbringen dürfen. Das gesamte Objekt ist Italien pur. Die weite Anreise hat sich gelohnt. Herr Stefano und alle anderen Personen zur Objektbetreuung waren jederzeit sehr zuvorkommend. Für jede Frage, Organisation von Ausflügen oder Ortskenntnisse sowie Reservationen hatten sie immer ein offenes Ohr und boten ihre Hilfe an. Das Areal ist abgeschlossen, sehr sicher und einfach eine Wohlfühloase! Die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr angenehm , großzügig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist für den Urlaub ausreichend. Wenn man allerdings für 7 Personen ein Essen zubereiten möchte muss man sich halt bei Familie Bertoli noch einen Topf ausborgen. Auch wenn irgendetwas noch benötigt wird, bei Nachfrage findet sich immer eine Lösung. Alles in allem bin ich sehr positiv überrascht und die Toskana ist für jeden eine Reise wert. Nun noch zwei Meinungen der Mitreisenden: Michael meint: "Außenanlagen, Pool usw. war alles TipTop. Ausstattung in der Wohnung war auch gut.Alles da, was man braucht. Die Einrichtung der Räume war halt schon ein bißchen in die Jahre gekommen, dadurch aber sehr wohnlich. eben rustikal. Die Bettenanzahl in dem Appartment sind für 7 Erwachsene schwierig, da ein Doppelstockbett zur Verfügung steht, was sicherlich für Kinder gedacht ist." Die Meinung von Ralph: "Sehr schöne Lage. Alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Habe mich im Haus und Außenbereich sehr wohl gefühlt. Einfach Klasse!!! ***** Wir hoffen damit Besuchern dieser Website behilflich zu sein und bei der Entscheidung für dieses Objekt eine Beurteilung abgegeben zu haben, die überzeugt. Wir sind drauf und dran unseren nächsten Urlaub wieder in der Residenz Oasis zu buchen, auch wenn die An- und Abfahrt mit dem Auto seeeeehr weit und kompliziert waren. :) Oli & Bea Luthardt

Sehr schön und entspannend !

Wir verlebten in der Residence Oasis sehr schöne entspannende Tage.Die Big Suite,in der wir wohnten war sehr groß und toskanisch ausgestattet...mit toller Dacherrasse. Stefano und Max waren jederzeit erreichbar und immerzu hilfreich bei allen Fragen.

Wunderschöne Anlage!

Die Anlage und das Pool sind sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Villa die wir bewohnt haben, ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und an manchen Stellen renovierungsbedürftig, aber ist sehr geräumig und authentisch eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und waren stets zur Stelle, wenn etwas benötigt wurde.

Un super séjour en Famille en Toscane !

Merci Stefano et Alessandro pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse. L’appartement pour 8 est très bien. Il est simple et spacieux, on y dort bien même sans la clim. Il faut juste prévoir l’anti moustique :). Stefano si tu fais les travaux pour agrandir la cuisine pense au lave vaisselle ( c’est une demande des enfants) Les enfants et les parents ont adoré la piscine. La maison est idéalement située pour visiter la Toscane (Pisa, Lucca , Firenze, Siena, San Gimignano, Campiglia Marittima....) ou aller à la plage ( golfe de Baratti, Populonia Bucca del Fare pour la balade et la plongée, les plages de Biambino et le restaurant de poisson la Baracchina. En conclusion de superbes vacances en Italie.

Disappointing experience

Overall well-kept residence with nice pool and very hospitable owners. We have rented the big apartment with two families (7persons) - which had been described as having 3 double bedrooms and large enough space. Unfortunately, we found the apartment not suitable for 2 families: - Different from what the description suggests, we found it to be not enough space and comfort for two families: only 2 sleeping rooms and the bathrooms are separate, everything else is open - including the mini-kitchen. Lots of space in the apartment is being taken by very large open - also a bit noisy - staircase. - the third double bedroom was only a very very small open cabin with bunk beds - too small for children >10years . Our teen kids had to sleep in on the bed couch in the open living room, where everybody had to cross to the bathroom/kitchen/terrasse etc. - the shower in the large bathroom wasn't working (repaired on day 4) - so we needed to shower in the second mini-bathroom with a group of 7 - the two double sleeping rooms in the second floor are connected to a large roof terrace with absolutely no sun protection. It couldn't therefore be used during the day. At night, the heat was entering the bedrooms. The owners supplied a fan - but the sleeping rooms would need a real air-con to be comfortable in hot season. - The kitchen was miniscule and different from what we had expected seeing the apartments pictures. - For the price of the apartment and the style of the residence we would have also expected some covers or for the pure plastic chairs and deckchairs Overall a bit disappointing experience. Nevertheless we found Stefano and Alessandro very nice hosts and trust them to improve some of the points mentioned.

Guests like Mrs. Muriel are very hard to please, maybe I would say it's almost impossible even if we always do our best by smiling: - the description of the house is very accurate is twenty years that i have the same description and all the guests are always happy with dozens of beautiful reviews ... two bedrooms with double beds, a small room with 2 bunk beds where they can sleep even adults being 2 normal single beds and a double sofa bed in the living room ... in the private emails that we exchanged with Mrs.Muriel I had written very precisely the description of the rooms and She had understood very well..but despite the Suite is very nice She wanted a house with 4- 5 bedrooms paying the same price as one of 2-3 bedrooms. - as for the bath-tap , not a shower, works regularly there was only the bathtub faucet exchanger that did not switch well but you could take a shower very well ... being them arrived on Saturday we could repair it as soon as possible after the second working day ... a very fast time in July - in the rooms we have a lot of fans we bought 1 more to please them but we will put the air conditioning and big umbrellas for the next season so Mrs.Muriel hope returns. - the kitchen is a kitchenette containing a complete kitchen-standard with 4 fires..fridge, freezer, owen and more. -the outdoor tables and chairs are not plastic but polycarbonate to last for a long time outside. I hope to always get better and have Mrs. Muriel as our guest again in the future.

A brilliant place to discover Southern Tuscany

The property site was well managed & clean the pool was a delight especially on hot days. The location provided us with the opportunity to visit local medieval hill top towns, including a short walk to Campiglia which has a great variety of restaurants and the people are friendly. Our apartment( the largest) was spacious more so than we had anticipated. The apartment was again clean, with bedlinen & towels provided. We loved having a variety of places in the apartment to eat; indoors at the large dining table; outside on a large garden table; or our favourite place the large balcony with views across the woods and towards the sea. Stefano & Alessandro were very welcoming and helpful,providing information about the local area. Thanks for a lovely holiday
