In a relaxing area of Agios Sostis in Zakynthos Island, a mere 200m from the lovely beach, a beautiful stone villa is located – Villa Pounente! Villa Pounente, surrounded by evergreen olive groves, consists of three independent apartments, all located on the ground floor. The apartments are ideal for couples, families or groups of friends searching for a private, relaxing villa near the beach!
The apartments feature private entrances and can comfortably sleep up to 4 persons each.
The apartment measures 45 square meters each and feature a bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, an open plan kitchen combined with the living room, where there is a double sofa-bed suitable for 2 people, kitchenette, refrigerator and all necessary kitchen utensils. The apartments are air-conditioned and feature a furnished veranda each, with a view of the garden.
The carefully tended garden is at your disposal as well BBQ facilities!
The Climate Resilience Tax of 2 Euros/night is not included and will be paid by cash upon arrival.
