Absolutely delightful chic historic 2- storey red-brick townhouse in Donnybrook D4 - Dublin's top notch address - with the splendid Herbert Park as your front garden, which, with its glorious parklands, ponds - ducks - tennis courts, children's play area, and weekend food markets, is a delightful asset for relaxing and socialising. D4 abounds with smart cafes, food stores and restaurants. It's close to the American and other embassies, Aviva Stadium, UCD, RTE, St Vincent's Hospital, Elm Park Golf Club, Belvedere & Wesley Rugby Clubs. Google, Sandyford Industrial Estate- Perfect Corporate Lets. Due to Dublin City Council regulations of no short lets the minimum stay is 21 days.

The smart Nordic style larchwood kitchen and living room with French doors leads onto a small courtyard adding the outdoor indoor vibe. Close to local transport. Rates include bed linen & towels, electricity and gas fired central heating. Not suitable for infirm or those with mobility problems.

My husband and I had a lovely stay. The bed was very comfortable with an easy to open window right near the bed if we got too warm when sleeping. The main shower is on the smaller side but worked great. The living area was very comfortable and the kitchen was just fine for the few meals we made. Perfect location for Herbert Park and restaurants, groceries and a nice wine shop!

We loved staying at this charming property. It was close to a park and you could get to many places by walking or a short taxi ride. The hosts, Mary and Ian, are so kind and accommodating. We loved staying in a residential neighborhood where we could meet locals who were all so friendly and welcoming.

Amazing location

Easy check-in, clean, fully equipped kitchen, very good wi-fi, easy to get to, great neighborhood, perfect location near Herbert Park. Very quiet at night.

Perfect stay near RDS

Clean, beautiful quiet location, perfect appointments (kitchen laundry, two bath, two nice sized bedrooms). We would love to stay here every year.

Nice location

fantastic neighborhood

The park and nearby shops are excellent! Great access to public transportation and attractions. The host did an excellent job of working with our travel schedule and addressing questions as they arose.

A beautiful townhouse.

The unit was as advertised, clean, like new furniture, large towels, excellent water pressure, a well stocked kitchen.

What a great spot!

Between the park next door, the proximity to UCD (visiting our daughter studying abroad), nearby coffee spot and pub and accommodations this place was great. The owners were awesome, very responsive to our somewhat silly questions and requests. There’s a Tesco around the corner and the Donnybrook Fair (imagine if Trader Joe’s and WholeFoods had a kid) is a great spot for a quick bite or supplies. We had such a good time and loved this place.

Wonderful home in a great neighborhood

The residence could not have been in the better part of Dublin. It was close to all of the wonderful things that people come to love about this great city. The property is very well-kept, and the owner is a delight to work with. We could walk to a great number of wonderful restaurants and event venues. We highly recommend this property.

Location, location

We enjoyed a lovely stay at this very clean and modern townhome. The location made it extremely easy to navigate the city and surrounding areas without a car. Easy access to many bus lines and the DART station is an easy walk. Being by Herbert Park was a plus, always nice to have access to some green space in a city. The townhouse has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it easy for all of us to get ready and out the door each morning without bumping into each other. The living space is comfortable, and the only thing we were wanting for was a small table to eat our meals and a toaster. All in, a lovely place to call home while traveling.
