Located in Vela Luka this modern house offers you privacy within nature, surrounded by green. The outdoor space with the pool, the summer kitchen, BBQ area and dining area is the best part of the house, you can swim, enjoy delicious meals in the shade or drink wine in the evening.
Glass doors lead you from the terrace to the fully equipped kitchen and living room. The 3 bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms, a balcony, and a lovely sea view.
On disposal, the guests have a sauna, PlayStation, Playground for children and fitness equipment.
Near the house, there is a walking trail that many people can walk and run on or ride a bike. It leads you through the Forrest right next to the sea, it is well lit and you can stop there to swim.
Everything you need is up to 800 meters from the house, a short ride or a nice walk away.
