Elegant house for rent with garden and terrace overlooking Lake Vico. The location, 50min north of Rome, is perfect for those who love relaxing and peaceful atmospheres among the rolling hills of the green heart of Lazio, a few kilometers from Rome and Viterbo. The highest of 600m asl assures an absolutely pleasant climate. The House Cedro is surrounded by manicured lakefront park with large lawn areas, with a patio, equipped by table and armchairs, where you can enjoy tasty meals. BBQ is avaiable. A large French door connects a living area and patio with a dining area. Well-equipped kitchen in the living. On the same floor there is a double bedroom with lake view and a bathroom with shower. The house is spread over 3 levels. From the living, a wooden staircase leads to a mezzanine area with 2 single beds. Finally, going down to the lower level, there is the second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, and a storage room with bathroom. The house Cedro is an ideal retreat for travelers looking for a relaxing atmosphere, with spectacular views and sunsets. The main services and civic amenities are located 5 minutes away, in Caprarola and in Ronciglione. The House Cedro will also prove to be a formidable starting point for reaching the most beautiful attractions in the immediate surroundings (Caprarola with Palazzo Farnese, Bagnaia with Villa Lante) but also the more distant ones thanks to the highway that will easily take you to Rome, Perugia, Orvieto, Assisi. Ideal starting point for visiting the natural and artistic beauties of Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio. At short distance away are the suggestive natural areas of the Stone Monster Park in Bomarzo and the Marmore Falls. An ideal place to spend days or weeks in contact with nature, taking advantage of the beneficial thermal waters of the nearby Terme dei Papi in Viterbo. Fantastisk hus i smukke omgivelser

Et helt fantastisk feriehus med den smukkeste have og udsigt. Vi nød stilheden og den varme velkomst fra værtsdamen, Alena. Vi kan give Villa Paiola vores varmeste anbefaling!

Beautiful villa, where we do not want to leave!

Rested with his wife and daughter. We spent a wonderful week in a cozy place in one of the most beautiful parts of Lazio. Beautiful villa. The silence and beauty. The spacious apartments are equipped with everything necessary. The terrace offers a magnificent view of the lake. Wonderful swimming pool with views of the lake. The territory of the forks, very clean, and kept in order. Can all week not to go out. Near the beautiful city where many historical attractions. The lake has a well-maintained beach. In 15 minutes there is a mushroom farm where fresh mushrooms are sold. Shops are also 10 minutes away. Hostess Alena, very hospitable. Always available. It provides all necessary information. Many thanks to Alena and Paolo for a wonderful vacation. Vladimir, Olga, Maria.

Very nice house with a beatiful view over the lake

We stayed for a period of 9 nights in this holiday home. The house is very nice and has a beautiful view over the lake. We stayed with 2 adults and three children (14,16,18 years) and we really had plenty of space. Elena is very helpful and she cleans the house at least three times per week. And also the swimming pool is very nice. One remark though: it would we very helpful if there are more trash bins in the house, that would make it much easier to seperate the trash (bio, paper, plastic etc).

Beautifully located villa.

Lovely small villages nearby. One and a half hour journey to Rome. We also recommend villa for families with children. Car required! The kitchen could have been better equipped, but there is nearby inexpensive and good restaurants, so you may not wanna cook. Lovely place and nice staff.
