On entering this penthouse apartment guests will love the tasteful interior that is refreshingly minimalist yet still warm and cosy with great views of the town and the Great Orme.

Relax and unwind in the lounge on one of the comfy leather sofas with a cup of tea as you catch-up on your favourite shows, or simply relax with a good book away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre.

Stepping through the property, the fully fitted kitchen offers everything you need for a self-catered stay, enjoy home cooked meals at the dining table which overlooks the tree lined street below.

As the evenings come to an end, guests can retire to one of the 2 bedrooms, one bedroom has a king size bed which overlooks the front of the building and the other bedroom which overlooks the rear has a double bed; each room is furnished with comfortable mattresses and crisp white bedlinen, perfect for a restful sleep.

The spacious bathroom has a large walk-in shower, the perfect way to wash off the day’s adventures!

This is a secluded top floor Penthouse Apartment which benefits from having no apartment above and no passing pedestrian traffic in the outside stair and landing. There are three split level flights of stairs to ascend for this private seclusion.

Great stay

Great apartment, great location. Only downside was the stairs to get to the apartment. There a 4 flights of stairs and this is not listed in the information.

Thanks Debi for the great review. It is a great location. Yes there are stairs to this penthouse apartment and maybe we should look at our write up to make this clearer. It is clearer on the other portals we use. We will amend this. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.. The benefits of a top floor apartment are that you get the entire floor to yourself with no neighbours to the sides or above you and no passing foot traffic to the corridor outside. An excellent apartment that is perfect for all the usual Llandudno attractions. The apartment is well appointed, and very comfortable. The hosts ensured all the necessary info was given before hand. We around definitely stay here again! Thank you! Notes: - Yes it can get a bit noisy at night, but just make sure your young children sleep comfortably in the back room. - there are four split level flights of stairs - there is a fire escape immediately outside on the sub-landing; for those worried about being at top of a high terrace house -plenty to do around the apartment, and minutes walk away from most attractions (or transport to the further attractions)

sweet and sour

On arrival, we were early, and I couldnt get the key code. The cleaning team were in and told me to ring the manager which I did, all good, given the code. We left the car and went onto the pier for a while. At 4.15pm we entered the building. After the shock of so many flights of stairs we unpacked and at 5.10pm we went out for supplies. We enjoyed the apartment and it was so handy for everything. We visited 2 castles, the dinosaur park, beach days and 4 times we frequented the outstanding Meditteranean restaurant across from the apartment. On leaving day my details said vacate 11 am. At 9.50 am 4 cleaners arrived and we were basically evicted. I was cleaning and all packed except the kitchen. Our little boy was still in bed! I had been up 3 hours by then getting ready to leave. We had to leave everything in the kitchen, tea, milk, bread rolls, sour cream, salsa, guacamole. juice, bought sandwiches, cereals, pizza, the list goes on. I phoned the manager. She said my details were wrong and said well you did enter the property early Julie???? I said we didn't. In the rush we left coats and I received a text saying they had been put outside the apartment for us to collect. It was a terrible ending to a lovely week. We were going to book for October but never again! I have booked through Vrbo many times and always been happy and felt lucky finding such lovely properties. This has left a very sour taste with this managers attitude.

Our standard check in time is after 4pm on day of arrival and before 10am on day of departure. This is to ensure that our apartments are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard. The VRBO portal does show these times as did our confirmation email to Julie. Clearly there has been some confusion here and we are sorry to have a disappointed customer who seemed to enjoy the apartment and the location so much. Our advice is to always check your booking times carefully.
