Sovereign Sunrise is a five-bedroom, three bathroom townhouse with distant views of the outer harbour and sea beyond in the popular Sovereign Harbour area of Eastbourne.
Set over four floors, this spacious house is ideal for extended families looking for a seaside getaway.
It sleeps up to nine guests over five bedrooms and there is a travel cot and highchair available if you are travelling with an infant.
The buzzing cafes, restaurants and shops of the Waterfront area are just 10 minutes walk.
This modern holiday home is welcoming and tastefully furnished throughout.
Enter on the ground floor level, where you'll find a handy shower room, plus the first bedroom. Set up with a single bed plus a computing desk, this is a great space for those working while away from home.
There is also access from here to your private outdoor terrace - complete with outdoor dining set for those all important holiday al fresco meals.
Up a flight of stairs to the first floor and you'll find the living space.
The spacious lounge has a large sofa, armchair and flatscreen smart TV - plus doors opening on to a balcony where you can enjoy views of the sea in the distance and access the outdoor terrace.
The kitchen is well equipped for self catering, with a fridge-freezer, oven and induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and a good array of cooking utensils. A dining table seats up to six and there is a washer-dryer to sort your laundry. This floor also has a WC.
On the second floor is a good-sized triple room, that boasts a kingsize bed, a single bed, plus built in wardrobes and some drawers for clothes storage. The other bedroom on this floor is a double, and there is a family bathroom with a bath with shower over.
Up to the top floor and you'll find the master bedroom suite. This glorious kingsize bedroom has its own flatscreen smart TV for indulgent viewing in bed. You've access to a private balcony and the room has a large built in dressing area, plus an ensuite with a walk in shower.
The fifth bedroom with a single bed is also on this floor.
There is driveway parking for two cars (please note that vans are not permitted to park in Dominica Court) and the house has a handy, built-in electric car charging point (extra fee applies and this must be arranged in advance or the charging point will not be activated).
Linen and regular towels are provided throughout (pack your own beach towels). WiFi is also available at this Exclusively Eastbourne holiday home.

Exclusively Eastbourne was set up by husband and wife, Carl & Sarah Stanger, after they recognised the need for high quality self catering accommodation on Eastbourne.
Both Carl and Sarah have travelled extensively, lived abroad and enjoyed (and occasionally endured) a wide spectrum of holiday and business accommodation and this experience has shaped their understanding of what makes a great holiday home.
Their ethos is simple - to listen to and understand what guests require and provide only the best holiday homes.
If there is something that would help to make your stay extra special, just ask. Maybe you are organising the holiday as a birthday treat and you need help with the cake or decorations. Perhaps it is a romantic getaway and you want champagne chilling and flowers on arrival.
