As you enter the villa, there is a spacious open-plan living area, kitchen, and dining area which leads out to the swimming pool and the backyard. The living room is furnished with 2 comfortable sofas and a dining table. Additionally, there is a flat-screen smart TV with Netflix and Free-WIFI coverage throughout the villa.

The villa can boast about its modern fully-equipped kitchen that offers everything from a full-size stove and oven, dishwasher, and microwave to cookware, tableware, and utensils. Cook like a home away from home!
One of the bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom is situated on the ground floor. Also, you can find here a guest toilet, where the washing machine is placed.

As you head up το on the first floor you will find three bedrooms. Every bedroom has an ensuite bathroom for your extra comfort! In the master bedroom, you will find a double bed and a sea-view balcony. In the second bedroom, you will also find a double bed. In bedroom number three you will find two single beds and a balcony. For two extra guests, you will be provided with two comfort camp beds that can be placed anywhere in the villa. All bedrooms have spacious wardrobes and air conditioners.

The backyard provides you with complete privacy, a quiet place with relaxing amenities. You will also find a large barbeque, table, and chairs so you can relax in the shade during the hot summer days and enjoy your morning tea or that cold beer by the pool during a nice and sunny Cypriot afternoon. Sunbeds and umbrellas allow you to enjoy your day near the swimming pool.

The area of Agia Triada is one of the most amazing and picturesque areas, which extends three kilometers from the city of Paralimni.
