House Starfish, at 188m from the shore with wonderful sea view

Our houses have been built, in 2012 and renovated in 2022. The villa has every comfort including Airconditioning. Wifi Internet access and dedicated parking. The beds of both rooms can be set up as double beds or single beds.
IMPORTANT: to the rental that is calculated directly by HomeAway you have to add 40 Euro a Day for the fees (electricity, water, gas, garbage service, gardening, whirlpool, tax etc). Those fees together with the final cleaning of 140 Euro and eventual cost of linen must be paid upon arrival.
The villa is part of a group of 6 houses (townhouses) halfway up the hill 188 m from the seafront with a breath-taking sea view from Capo Comino until the Island of Tavolara
The residential area of exclusively private owners is very calm, far from any noise and confusion, some few meters from the rocky coast with little stone creeks idea for snorkelling and fishing. The two still sandy relatively wild beaches are in walking distance 3 and 10 minutes away. The owners speak English.
The villa is handed over after an accurate cleaning with disinfectant, in the cleaning protocol are included also handles, switches, remote control, air-conditioning. The beds are disinfected with an ultraviolet cleaner that also eliminates mites. Disinfectant for surfaces and antibacterial soap is at your disposal.
