The apartment "Mediterraneo" is a very nice typical italian apartment with high ceiling in one of the best spot of Alghero, just 80 meters from the sea, just a little beautiful stroll to the old town.
The apartment (120 square meters) has 3 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 balconies, and a big living room with kitchen. Every bedroom has a private balcony
Fits ideally 2 to max 7 persons

Since 2026 all bedrooms have air conditioning units (AC)
The apartment has a private parking which is extremely rare and useful in Alghero, as finding a parking in summer can be very annoying.

• Room#1 is a twin room (2 singles beds) with air conditioning unit, own private ensuite bathroom with shower and own balcony.


• Room#2 is a triple room with one king-size bed and a pull out couch (for one adult or 2 children) This room has private bathroom (not ensuite). Own balcony and Air conditioning unit are present.
• Room#3, is a double room with king-size bed and private ensuite bathroom with shower and own balcony and Air conditioning unit.

• The living room with fully equipped kitchen, kitchen table and 2 sofas by the tv area.
• Balconies are great to drink a coffee in the sun or reading a book

This property does NOT have any swimming pool! A very nice Hotel nearby (600 meters) allow often the use of the hotel's pool by buying snacks or by paying an entrance fee.

POSITION:
The apartment is greatly located in the centre of Alghero just 80 meters from the sea.
The address is VIA Fratelli Kennedy, corner with VIA MANZONI in ALGHERO.

Absolutely fantastic central position but still quiet, without the noise of the bars in the old town, and with free parking in the neighbourhood.
Just 80 meters from the apartment you will find a very nice rocky beach with crystal clear turquoise water. Excellent for snorkelling! Sunbeds & bar available during summer months.
There is also a nice small sandy beach at 200 meters.

All other beach of Alghero and in the surrounding can be explored also with beach bus which stops at 100 meter from the apartment.

• If you stay in the Kennedy APARTMENT you can go and back to home from the beach within 2 minutes, and in the evening nicely walking in front of the sea to the nice restaurants-pizzeria,

• The old town and harbour are reachable within a few minutes walking trough a nice boulevard in front of the sea.
• Big supermarket at 100 meters. Pizzerias, restaurant, bank, pharmacy, shops, cafes, are within short walking distance.
• Fresh Italian bread is baked every morning in the local BAKERY with in 150 meters form the apartment.

PARKING:
If you have a car, you can find free parking place in the same street or in the streets nearby.
Eventually I do have private parking place (upon request)

• Bus stop at 50 meters. Beach-bus stop at 100 meters.
• Best Coffee & Cappuccino place in town with sea view at sunset just at 80 meters.
•Best aperitivo place at the beach down the street

- Mandatory City Tax: 2 euro per person per night, max 7 nights. Child < 12 years are excluded.
The city tax is to pay cash at arrival.
