Lawned with luscious grass, the sizeable private garden with a pool ensures you have ample space inside and out to make valuable memories. Inside you're met by cosy and contemporary design comprising lounge, dining, and kitchen areas with an open-plan style. The comfortable seating doubles as a sofa bed to accommodate extra guests, with doors leading to the garden for easy access between the two spaces. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one with doors onto the pool terrace whilst the rest of the rooms are located on the first floor and have balcony access. Take in the stunning natural views as you admire the luscious greenery or gaze at the dazzling sunset. Inside and out, you'll find charming corners to unwind with sun loungers around the pool with parasols ideal for topping up the tan to the indoor seating area surrounding the TV ideal for cosy nights. 
When you make your way out to explore, you'll find you're ideally located with easy access to the main road between several resorts. Amelokipoi is the closest area, reachable on foot, you'll find restaurants and shops to top up on the essentials. Follow the main road northbound towards Zakynthos to admire the rich history and flashy marina. For those wanting to dabble in the party scene, Laganas is just to the south where beach parties are held throughout the season. 
To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 78cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 78cm wide. The path to the poolside is 100cm wide. There is 1 step to the poolside. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. The pool itself has ladder access. Inside, the ground floor bedroom doors are 78cm wide, whilst the bathroom door is also 78cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor.
