Verdin House - House in the hills surrounded by greenery with breathtaking panoramic views

Casa Verdin is located on a hillside, surrounded by greenery in a large terraced olive grove, with a splendid view of the lake and mountains, just 1,500 meters from Malcesine.
The property is divided into two adjacent houses with separate entrances and outdoor spaces; the larger house, which we’ll call A HOUSE, and the smaller house, which we’ll call B HOUSE.

A HOUSE (photos 1 through 37)
The house is on two levels; on the upper level, you’ll find a spacious living room with a fireplace and a kitchen where you can enjoy preparing your favorite meals. There is a large balcony and a spacious terrace with a barbecue, table, and chairs. Also on the first floor is a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a balcony, and a bathroom with a shower.
All rooms feature beautiful exposed wooden beams.
On the lower level, connected by an internal staircase, there are two bedrooms—both with lake views—one with a double bed and one with twin beds (which can be pushed together to form a double bed if desired), a bathroom with a shower, and an additional living room with a two-person sofa bed.
The house is nestled in a terraced olive grove accessible from the terrace via an old stone staircase, where you can enjoy additional panoramic views.
The house is equipped with satellite TV and free Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, a microwave, and a kettle.
Adjacent to the house is a small laundry room with a washing machine and an iron.
Linens, including sheets and towels, are included in your stay.
The property offers parking for 4–5 cars.

The house is laid out on a single level of approximately 60 square meters. It features a large living room with exposed wooden beams, a fireplace, and a large picture window offering a stunning view of the lake and mountains.
At night, with a simple gesture, the comfortable sofa bed in the living room transforms the space into a romantic double bedroom.
The vineyard shades the veranda, where you can have lunch or relax while admiring the colors of the lake.
The kitchen is equipped with a table and chairs, all necessary dishes, a microwave, and a kettle.
The master bedroom is truly beautiful and cozy, with a window overlooking the garden and the lake.
The bathroom, with a shower, is small but functional.
Adjacent to the house is a small laundry room with a washing machine and iron.
Linens, sheets, and towels are included in your stay.
