Designed to be a true home from home, Sea Way Chalet is a bright, airy and welcoming family holiday home.
Fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing break, the house offers open plan living with a large seating area – ideal for family fun or for a big group to celebrate a special occasion. Complete with TV, and fireplace, the living room is a relaxing haven to return to after a day exploring the local attractions with sandy feet :)
The property has four bedrooms, a large kitchen-diner, a small playroom and a well-maintained private garden.
The modern kitchen is perfect for entertaining – and is bright, stylish and practical.
Equipped with oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, new family-sized fridge-freezer and lots of high-quality crockery and utensils, it is a wonderful space to enjoy.
Likewise, the dining area seats 12 so there is plenty of space for everyone to sit and enjoy a meal together.
If you are staying with children you can make the most of the playroom that comes toys for a range of ages and Xbox for older kids.
This includes a selection of eco-friendly wooden toys, board games for all the family to enjoy, board and paper books, games console, puzzles and more. We can also provide highchairs, an infant travel cot, a bottle steriliser, baby bath, toddler steps, toddler toilet seats, child-friendly crockery and plug socket covers with prior notice.
Out and about you’ll find Sea Way perfectly located to make the most of this beautiful spot on the southern edge of the New Forest National Park, a stone’s throw from the sand and shingle of Barton on sea beach.

Close to Barton on sea which is a quiet area with friendly locals, a great range of places to eat, a lovely beach and plenty of convenient amenities.
One of the best beaches in Hampshire, Barton on seas offers magnificent coastal walks over cliff tops with views extending out to the Solent. On a clear day, it is spectacular. For those looking for longer walks, we recommend the Solent Way footpath which is just a couple of minutes’ walk from the property.
The beach, famed for its fossil beds, is a mix of sand and pebble. It is the perfect spot for a summer swim or going on a fun fossil hunt to entertain the kids. Dogs are welcome on the beach between 1 October and 30 April. Car parking is plentiful, toilets are on-site and you can make use of a beachside café, restaurant and shop. Or make a day of it by hiring a traditional beach hut!
Our top picks for local restaurants include The Cliff House, Pebble Beach and Beachcomber – all offer tasty meals that we have always enjoyed as a family. There are lots of other excellent options in the immediate and surrounding area.
Locally you can get groceries at Tesco, Lidl or Coop, making staying into cook hassle-free.
Day trips in the local area include the New Forest (we are only five minutes by car), the impressive Palace House, Moor Valley Country Park or the New Forest Wildlife Park. For those staying with children, we are also only a 40-minute drive to Peppa Pig world.
