- Master matrimonial bedroom (suite) with air-conditioning;
- Second matrimonial bedroom with air-conditioning from which you access the third bedroom with two single beds, ideal for kids and teenagers;

The first floor upstairs offers two matrimonial bedrooms with air conditioning and another twin bedroom with two single beds. This floor have a comfortable bathroom with shower.

The Casale, about 300 square meters large, can accommodate other 4 people in another old apartment recently restored and completely separated from the main house; it consists of a fully equipped kitchen with fireplace, large living room with 40” TV, 2 bedrooms of which 1 with a single beds joinable if necessary, a bathroom with shower box, large open veranda overlooking the countryside. The villa has ample space and all the comforts. Price includes all utilities, unlimited free wifi, wood for fireplace and large outdoor wood oven.

The villa has a well-kept external area consisting in a wooden gazebo with dining area and wood oven with a barbeque and a second gazebo on the lawn. Other features include a outdoor complete bathroom with shower and a characteristic garden (9000 mq) with typical plants from the area, evergreen and olive trees and an abundance of fruit trees (for the guests to harvest as they wish).
