The villa is located just 5 minutes' walk from a beautiful, manicured beach and the picturesque village of Sissi. With stunning sea and mountain views, this luxury property is close to all local amenities. an ideal combination for the perfect summer family or friends' vacation.
The villa is divided into 2 levels.
Entering the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room & dining room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. On the same level there are 2 elegant double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and a small toilet.
On the first floor there are 3 more double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. All beds can be converted from single to double.
The spacious outdoor area offers a large sun terrace with comfortable sunbeds, umbrellas and a 30 sqm swimming pool with crystal clear water. The wild beauty of the seacoast is at your doorstep, offering idyllic images and unforgettable moments of relaxation and carefreeness, accompanied by the view of the Cretan mountains in the background.
*By the new Greek 2024 end of resilience climate crisis law, your host will be obliged to charge you €15 per night for the climate tax fee, to be paid upon arrival by cash or card VISA/MASTER/DEBIT, depending on each villa's payment method.
*No groups under the ages of 24 years

Eighteen years ago I came to Crete for the first time on a holiday. It was love at the first sight and it didn't take too long when I decided to buy a piece of land and built a holiday home. After having enjoyed our own ‘home away’ for a few years and getting to know the local people and the surroundings a little better, we decided to construct a few villas for rent for luxurious holidays. We were convinced that Sisi and its surroundings are ideal for holiday makers that value tranquillity, privacy and comfort. In the meantime other villa owners joined Luxury villas on Crete and started renting their villas through us. Together we make sure that our guests are being taken care in the highest standards and that they spend here on the beautiful island of Crete their unforgettable holiday in lavish, comfortable and luxurious surroundings.

The village of Sisi is a wonderful , authentic , fishing village by the sea, it has the most picturesque port , great beach, and is not overloaded with tourism but offers all the necessary amenities. Restaurants & taverns offer fresh fish and local vegetables, bars, car rentals, travel agencies, shops, supermarket, pharmacy and much more.
