The villa is new build (2021) on Aphrodite Hills – a luxury four bedroom villa with breathtaking sea views, located on prestigious Poseidon Grand Villas.

Bedrooms: four double bedrooms: All double rooms with en-suite bathrooms with modern showers. First bedroom is located on the ground floor. The master bedroom, together with the two other doubles are located on the first floor. There is also a sofa bed in the lower level room, that sleeps two.

Full Villa Description:
This stunning new build, four bedroom villa is the perfect combination of modern luxury and great location. The sea views from the pool and poolside terrace are spectacular. Outside, there is a spacious terrace, with dining tables and chairs, gas BBQ and a fantastic 10x5m private, infinity-edge pool (with heating available at additional cost) that benefits from roman steps entrance too.

Inside, the interiors are bright and modern, with the furniture and fittings to the highest of standards. The ground floor hosts a spacious living area and dining area, with a large kitchen that is fitted with luxurious appliances. The living area enjoys stunning sea views via the sweeping glass patio doors, so you can really make the most of the scenery even when you’re chilling out indoors. The ground floor also hosts the first of the double bedrooms, and has an ensuite bathroom with modern shower.
Upstairs, the remaining three double bedrooms are located, including the impressive master bedroom, all of which are ensuite, with modern showers. Downstairs hosts a cool extra living area, with sofa, TV and games console. There is a bathroom (with shower) on this level, and the sofa is a sofa bed that can sleep two.

The villa benefits from air conditioning, free reliable wireless internet and a TV system that has a comprehensive TV system with International sports and movie channels with playback option, and a Bluetooth speaker for holiday playlists.

Poseidon Grand Villas is a secluded, luxurious location on Aphrodite Hills that was built in 2021 that hosts a selection of stunning villas that enjoy views of the Mediterranean sea, located towards the entrance of the Resort, within a five minute stroll of the Resort village centre.

Our standard check-in procedure is that we meet our guests at the resort entrance, show you to your holiday home, give you a brief guided tour and hand over the keys.


We will request your full flight details ahead of your arrival, in order to make sure that your meet & greet runs smoothly.


During times of Covid-19 we can also offer a remote check-in service in order to minimise contact; full instructions/directions/map shall be sent in advance, as well as more detailed information on the property, a key box code and a telephone number to contact in case of any questions.
