About this space
Enjoy this centrally located, newly-built apartment, boasting all the amenities you need for an enjoyable stay in London.
The flat is a few minutes away from Abbey Wood station, with Elizabeth Line trains taking you to Central London in around 15 minutes.
Local supermarkets, shops and restaurants are just outside the property.
The beautiful, historic Lesnes Abbey and park are minutes away, for your family to enjoy the fresh air and to immerse yourself in the rich history of the area.
The space
The apartment comprises of:
- Open plan living / dining and kitchen area, with a brand new sofa bed, brand new kitchen and kitchen amenities. Please note the sofa bed will not be set up as a bed upon check-in, but the linen and bedding is ready to be set up and is under the sofa bed
- A spacious bedroom with a double bed, towels, freshly clean bedding and linen. A spacious built-in wardrobe can house all your clothing
- A beautiful, new bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet, with travel size toiletries provided
- Utility room to keep your luggage and other items
- The apartment has an iron, ironing board, hoover, hair drier and more to make your stay to feel like a 'home away from home'
- There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If you wish to purchase more for your stay there is a Lidl and a Sainsbury's a few minutes walk away near Abbey Wood station.
Guest access
Guests have access to all amenities in the apartment. The playground is also accessible, however please ensure you take the key fob with you to avoid being locked out.

PARKING
There is no guest access to parking in the building. Local supermarkets (Sainsbury's and Lidl have free 3-hour parking). Also, you can find unmarked free roadside parking on the side roads, however, please ensure you check the street signs.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
