Estimado Eduardo, En primer lugar, gracias por tomarse el tiempo para dejar comentarios sobre nuestra propiedad. Lamentamos mucho sus comentarios negativos. Particularmente, ya que históricamente hemos tenido críticas tan positivas de todos los que se han alojado allí. Estoy un poco decepcionado de que no supimos de sus preocupaciones hasta varios días después de su partida, ya que nos hubiera gustado tener la oportunidad de rectificar esto. No estoy seguro de que haya recibido nuestro mensaje después de su llegada para comprobar que estaba contento ya que no recibimos ninguna respuesta suya. Este habría sido el momento perfecto para que hubiéramos tenido esta conversación para poder abordar estas cosas. Es por eso que siempre hacemos todo lo posible para asegurarnos de tener esa línea de comunicación desde el comienzo de la estadía de nuestros clientes. Nos enorgullecemos de la limpieza y nuestro personal de limpieza siempre se asegura de que el apartamento se limpie con un estándar muy alto, la ropa de cama lavada y planchada profesional. En relación con su frustración alrededor de la piscina, desafortunadamente, no podemos predecir el clima. Rara vez no se puede utilizar la terraza o la piscina debido al mal tiempo, pero esto está fuera de nuestro control, sobre todo porque a Fuerteventura se la conoce como la "isla ventosa". Lamentamos mucho que su estadía no haya estado a la altura de sus estándares. Realmente hubiéramos esperado que nos hubieran informado antes para poder hacer algo para resolver cualquier inquietud en ese momento. Muchas gracias,

Merci beaucoup pour votre avis ! La deuxième chambre est annoncée comme un petit lit double et nous avons également un canapé-lit. Nous constatons que cela aide si les gens ont besoin de dormir dans des lits séparés et qu'il y a 4 personnes. Nous espérons avoir de vos nouvelles à l'avenir.

Dear Thibault, Thank you for your review & your comments on the property building & views. We were surprised to learn that you found the sofa to be uncomfortable & we really wish that you would have raised your concern before departing the property so that it could have been rectified there & then… especially as we asked you 3 days into your stay if all was satisfactory and you replied, just fine!? We have never received feedback like this before but needless to say, we value any feedback received. It is really important to provide this feedback at the appropriate stage of your trip (ideally when we had corresponded with you to confirm you were happy with the accommodation). Sadly, you didn’t let us know. As a result of your comments, we have since organised for delivery of a new sofa which will be arriving in the next 4 weeks.With regards to the beds we have only ever received good comments with regards to the comfort of each of them , however we are due to arrive on the island in the first week of September 2021 and will be looking at all items mentioned! In response to your comments around the crockery, we have taken your views on board but we believe these to be of standard. They are regularly replaced due to general wear & tear & the quality is as good as it can be. We pride our properties on the level of standard when it comes to the finer detail. The kitchen has work surface equipment (some of which is electric) but this is all health & safety compliant. We really appreciate your detailed feedback & positive comments in relation to the building & our outstanding views. We really wish we could have rectified your concerns around the beds/sofa but we hope to welcome you again with this resolved. Kind regards,

So glad that all suited your needs and the location and views were as good if not better than the description and the photographs provided on the HomeAway site. We are arriving early December 2019 to install a new kitchen and bathroom cabinet and freshen up the apartment. We feel that it is our duty to make sure that the property is well maintained and everything is renewed when its past its sell by date.. in order to keep up the high standard that we aim for!
