Almost 5 stars

Property spacious. Views amazing and pool lovely. Pool is shared with two other properties, but we had it to ourselves. Almost rates 5stars except for broken hob and dishwasher. Manager knew problem with hob as said it had been fixed before but kept breaking - obviously needs replacing. Not great with a large family to cook for. Dishwasher was also broken. BBQ was also missing racks so only one level to cook at. However, if these things fixed property deserves 5*.

Breathtaking views and beautiful house

Villa Thalia is a stunning property and Vicki is the perfect host. The views are breathtaking and the house is tastefully appointed and extremely well equiped to accommodate a large group. Sunset is a magic time at the house and we chose to dine at home in the evenings as we couldn’t imagine that anywhere could be more beautiful. Location is fabulous - very quiet but perfect for days out to Spetses, Hydra & Ermioni. What a wonderful week. Thank you Vicky for sharing your slice of heaven with us.

Séjour très agréable dans cette belle maison

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette maison avec une vue à couper le souffle ! Notre hôte Vicky nous a aidé à préparer au mieux notre séjour avec plein de conseils très pratiques et en réservant plusieurs restaurants la semaine avant notre arrivée. La bâtisse est parfaite pour 8 personnes avec des chambres (5) de bonnes tailles et 5 salles de bain (4 salles d’eau). Ultra bien équipée (eau en bouteille, fruits, légumes, nécessaire pour le premier repas, machine à laver le linge, etc) et jouissant de 2 terrasses parfaites pour s’y restaurer ou y prendre l’apéro. Grande piscine (75m2) avec vue à 180 degrés sur la mer. Toutefois, l’eau est un peu froide à cette époque de l’année. Seul petit bémol, la literie un peu dur à notre goût. L’emplacement de la maison est parfait, à proximité de plusieurs très belles plages. Également à moins de 10 minutes de Porto Heli et à 20 minutes d’Ermioni. Elle représente un bon rapport qualité/prix et présente très peu d’inconvénients. Merci Vicky pour ce beau séjour !

Gute Anreisebeschreibung. Unser Navi hat keine Schwierigkeiten gehabt um den Weg zu finden. Das Haus, Pool und Grundstück sehr sauber, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Vicky war total lieb und sehr informativ. Tolle Urlaub. Der Blick von oben fenomenal. Können wir nur weiter empfehlen!

A lovely villa with spectacular views

Faultless. The photos understate how wonderful the views are. The property lacked nothing and had more equipment than we could have hoped for. Everything worked. Lovely swimming pool. A car is essential.

Such a nice place!

Une belle maison avec une vue à couper le souffle. Très facile à vivre, 3 chambres à l'étage, toutes avec vue, une pièce à vivre agréable, cuisine bien fournie, 2 chambres en étage inférieur avec une pièce supplémentaire, le tout donnant sur la très grande piscine. La décoration est soignée, pas surchargée, juste ce qu'il faut avec goût et matériaux de qualité. C'est un terrain familial mais l'une des maisons n'est pas utilisée, l'autre en retrait est celle de Vicky qui est d'une discrétion absolue. Si cela peut surprendre au premier regard, cela n'impacte pas le séjour. Nous y avons été reçu comme à la maison, Vicky est très avenante. Le frigo était rempli pour le premier petit déjeuner, le ménage a été fait dans la semaine par deux charmantes dames. Nous y étions donc fin mai et l'endroit était très calme. Les plages d'un côté comme de l'autre sont accessibles à pied, une dizaine de minutes. Par contre une voiture n'est pas négligeable pour les courses et restaurants. Mais quelle sensation de tranquilité!!! Les parents comme les 4 enfants de 4 à 16 ans se sont tous régalés. Merci encore Vicky et au plaisir une prochaine fois.

Absolutely fantastic

We stayed for a week and it was perfect - beautiful view, loads of space to relax, lovely rooms with a very comfortable feel all round and access to the local town Porto Heli which is smart. Vicky the owner was so welcoming and she catered for our every need with 3 babies in our party. She was also so helpful the week before we arrived to make out stay seem less. I would absolutely recommend and go back! Thanks so much!

Welcome in Paradise!!!

We have just returned from a week vacation to Villa Thalia. It was all perfect, beginning with the warm welcome of Vicky, the perfect hostess always available and smiling. The villa is well maintained and well equipped with everything. Vicky then got us to find a refrigerator with wine, fruit, pancake, milk, and all that could serve for the next day's breakfast. Rooms are basic but finely furnished. The villa is spread over three floors: ground floor with access to the pool and two bedrooms, two bathrooms kitchen, laundry and gym space. First floor living room with two sofas, toilet, fully equipped kitchen and breathtaking views Second floor with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and terraces with spectacular views. A vacation in paradise !!

Wonderful and Perfect

Absolutely everything was 100% functioning. All the pictures are true, both the views and the minimal decoration is of high standard. The property's beautiful terraces offer an idyllic view. The Villa is perfectly equipped. Vicky is delighful and welcomed us very warmly. The villa was topready to host us.  We can really recommend this villa with the great views of the sea and the islands. Destination... Heaven

Destination……Heaven The location and the villa are like paradise. The place looks like the houses you see in Hollywood movies. The view is amazing. The interior of the villa is in minimal style and is equipped with everything you might need for your stay. Bedrooms En suite are spacious and all have a crazy view. The gorgeous infinity pool and the view are just fantastic. The owner Vicky make you feel at home in their family house. She was very warm, friendly and helpful all the time. Location requires a car to move around. Area has very nice beaches and you can take a small boat across to the island of Spetses which is only takes 10 minutes. I highly recommend this place. It is 100% sure that you will love it. Thanks Vicky for the wonderful hospitality and we hope we can arrange to be back as soon as possible.

Beautiful, clean villa with stunning views

Our family of 8 was lucky enough to stay in this beautiful villa in September 2016. Having been here in 2006, I knew what to expect and bragged about how wonderful it was. The rest of the family was not disappointed! As in 2006, the villa is fully equipped, beautiful, clean and the views are amazing. Vicky has put so much thought into how to make this villa comfortable and enjoyable. Every detail is perfect. She also helped us find a sailboat rental. I would highly recommend you do this because it was well worth the money and Akis the captain was a delight. Port Heli is a great place to stay and it is easy to get to Hydra, Spetses, Epidavros and Napflio. You should visit these towns. Also, there is a great restaurant in Porto Heli called Paradise that is near the center of town. The food is amazing. It was one of our best meals. Thank you Vicky for an amazing week at your villa. My 90 year old father now has memories that he will never forget as well as the rest of the family.

Fantastic stay in beautiful villa&perfect welcome

We have spent a fantastic week in Villa Thalia! From the moment we arrived, we were convinced this was a great choice. Our host Vicky gave us a charming welcome and had prepared some delicious food which was just what we needed as the kids were hungry from the drive. The house is everything the pictures promise, and more! Beautiful, great taste, very well maintained, cosy and the pool and view are just fantastic. Vicky helped us with all our small requests during the stay, gave us recommendations and generally just made us feel welcome and at ease. The spices in the garden, the outdoor kitchen, the air conditioning, all the equipment in the house contributed to make this a fabulous stay. We will be sure to come back!

Like paradise

It was like we were welcomed to paradise. The location of the house is astonishing. It lies on the ridge line of the last hill facing Spetses and beside is Hydra island. The interior design is unique (minimal style), it has great view from all the rooms/windows of the house. ( even from the bathroom) Villa is fully equipped so we were able to cook for our family ( it has a stone build barbecue) The most romantic time of the day was during the sunset that we relaxed next to the pool, watching this breathtaking, colorful, panoramic view. Remark: Vicky is a very warm hostess she welcomed us with cake, fruits and wine and she gave us all the information that we needed about the place. P.s:Porto heli has fantastic beaches like Kounoupi, Kostoula, Xinitsa ect. You must visit Spetses island ( it is 10' from Costa by the boat ) Vicky has a written guide of the place that is very helpful.

Großartige Villa über dem Meer

Liebe Vicky, vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub. Deine Villa Thalia ist wunderschön, schlicht, modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool ist riesig und sehr sauber. Von den vielen Terrassen hatten wir jederzeit umwerfende Ausblicke auf das sich immer wieder verändernde Meer und die fantastischen Sonnenuntergänge. In der perfekt ausgestatteten Küche und am riesigen Esstisch im großen Wohnraum haben wir zehn Urlauber von vier bis vierzig Jahren viele herrliche Abende verbracht ... Es blieben keine Wünsche offen und Du warst immer sehr hilfsbereit, wenn wir Fragen hatten ... Wir können die Villa unbedingt weiterempfehlen! ... Liebe Grüße aus Berlin und Hamburg

Greek Paradise

My family and I arrived late from Athens (2.5 - 3 hour drive) on a Saturday so it was already dark when we arrived. I had read one of the other reviews before we booked this villa but words cannot describe the first time you experience the sun rise from the villa. This is a truly amazing place! Vicky had some basic groceries (and a nice bottle of Greek wine) waiting in the fridge for us … which was very appreciated as there was no grocery store open on Sunday (election day). She was a wonderful host who helped us wherever she could. The villa is located on a hilltop overseeing the island of Spetses about 5 - 10 minutes from the center of Porto Heli. It has a fully equipped kitchen so you can eat in or try out one of the many excellent restaurants in town. The villa itself is very new and in excellent condition. Its interior is very modern and spacious. The location is very quiet and many places for sightseeing (e.g. Epidaurus & Nafplion) are within a day trip. This is the place to go if you have ever considered a vacation in a Greek villa!
