Villa Del Sol está idealmente situada en la zona de Montaña Roja en Playa Blanca, ofreciendo un entorno tranquilo sin renunciar a la cercanía de servicios, la playa de Playa Flamingo y el popular parque acuático Aqualava.



Esta acogedora villa de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños es ideal tanto para familias como para parejas. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama super king y baño en suite, mientras que los dos dormitorios twin comparten un baño familiar independiente—una distribución perfecta para familias o grupos.



Las familias, especialmente con niños pequeños, apreciarán la piscina vallada, que ofrece mayor seguridad, mientras que las parejas podrán disfrutar de la tranquilidad para una escapada relajante.

El barrio:

Villa Del Sol está idealmente situada en la codiciada zona de Montaña Roja en Playa Blanca, ofreciendo el equilibrio perfecto entre tranquilidad y comodidad. El popular parque acuático Aqualava se encuentra a solo 200 metros, lo que la convierte en una excelente opción para familias, mientras que un mini mercado está a 300 metros para las necesidades diarias.



La preciosa playa de Playa Flamingo está a aproximadamente 900 metros (unos 10 minutos a pie), donde también encontrará una selección de tiendas, restaurantes y bares junto al mar.



Desde aquí, puede disfrutar de un agradable paseo por el paseo marítimo hasta el animado centro de Playa Blanca, situado a unos 1,8 km, con una amplia oferta de ocio, restauración y compras.



El aeropuerto está a aproximadamente 35 km, lo que supone unos 30–40 minutos en coche, facilitando la llegada y salida.



Situada a los pies del impresionante Montaña Roja, la zona también ofrece excelentes rutas para caminar y bonitas vistas costeras, haciendo de Villa Del Sol una base ideal para relajarse y explorar Playa Blanca.



Cómo desplazarse:

Hay una parada de autobús a solo 200 metros de la villa, lo que facilita explorar Playa Blanca y los alrededores sin necesidad de coche. El servicio de autobús es regular y económico.



Los taxis también están fácilmente disponibles, son fiables y relativamente económicos, con trayectos cortos que suelen costar solo unos pocos euros.



También podemos ayudarle con el alquiler de coches a través de una empresa local de confianza. Los vehículos pueden recogerse en el aeropuerto o entregarse directamente en la villa si prefiere no conducir o solo necesita el coche durante parte de su estancia.

We had a really lovely time. Lovely villa, everything clean, good facilities. Nice big pool. Shops near. Short walk to Flamingo beach. Very easy to get to the main routes around the island if you have a car. Would recommend and would love to come back again. Somewhere to hang your towels in the en-suite bathroom.

The villa had every thing that we needed for a perfect holiday. Great location, good size swimming pool and plenty of sunbeds. The villa itself had 3 good size bedrooms with comfortable beds large living room with tv which had a good choice of channel.The kitchen was well equipt for self catering. The only thing I missed was having a mirror in the main bedroom.

Absolutely stunning Villa. We chose this villa as we particularly liked the outside space it had - and this certainly lived up to the expectations. Great location, comfy beds and lovely fluffy towels! As always The Villas Now Team made everything run so smoothly. Possible a full length mirror in one of the rooms

Space and views

Fabulous villa with lots of space and open views to sea ( in distance) and Montana Roja. Pool excellent. Temperature perfect and very clean. Kitchen well equipped and beds comfortable. Felt sad to be leaving… The sun loungers were somewhat uncomfortable and showing their age.

Great villa for a relaxing holiday

Villa was clean, tidy, well equipped, comfortable and private. Excellent outside space whether you like the sun or shade. Good location close to beaches and amenities. A 20 minute walk to the centre of Playa Blanca so not necessary to hire a car if you don’t mind the walk. Not much to be honest but I think the second bedroom could do with a mirror.

Stayed in this villa before. Great location for shops, restaurants and beach. Pool area has been updated and is lovely and the bathroom in the main bedroom replaced with walk in shower which was lovely. Beds extremely comfortable. Full length mirror. Edge of pool painted grey which looks nice but not practical it gets so hot to even touch it.

Fantastic week

Having stayed at this villa many years ago the upgrades are fantastic the outside is really lovely, also a beautiful new en suite.Also with an alarm system we felt very safe. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you would ever need. Booked again for next year can’t wait to return. Would love a full length mirror and also better lighting outside on the driveway as it was very dark coming back at night and around the pool area.

Very reassuring gate around the verandah so young kids are kept away from the pool area. Villa was clean throughout, very easy to check in and get up and running with wi-fi. Aircon was on a meter (bring a few euros) but we barely needed to use it as the villa is designed to stay cool. Great pool, albeit a little chilly earlier in the day. Excellent location. Some of the doors rattle (even when closed) due to high winds which is a bit irritating when trying to .

VILLA DEL SOL 2 WEEK HOLIDAY

We've just come back from a 2 week holiday in Villa Del Sol. We also stayed here last year too! Excellent villa. Lovely size for our party (4 adults and 2 children). Pool cleaned regularly (tuesday and Fridays). Kitchen well equipped with plenty of glasses, plates and cutlery. Washing machine and dish washer very handy. Beds very comfy. Perfect location. 10-15 min walk to Flamingo beach where there is supermarket, bars and restaurants. 30 min walk to centre of Playa Blanca. Waterpark right across the road from the villa. Cool bag/box and ice blocks to take water etc to the beach.

Third visit - updates to the villa

This is our third visit to Villa Del Sol. We love the location and outside space. The upgrades to the balcony and pool deck were lovely, we hope to see the completed roof terrace on a future visit. Although the en-suite upgrade is lovely, we were disappointed that the villa no longer has a bath. This caused an issue with our three year old who does not like showers. In the kitchen you can not control the gas on the hob - it’s either on or off and the toaster doesn’t work properly.

A month in Villa Del Sol

We have lost how many times we have returned to this villa we love it that much, we love the location, the layout and how everything is in walking distance. We decided to stay for a full month this year, being in the villa for the full month you realise how much the changes effected us, in our opinion we feel that one of the best features of the villa has been taken away, the BBQ area was one of our best areas to sit at night time, eat our dinner and play cards, the lighting was good the whole area was a special area, with that area not their anymore we didn't enjoy it so much, the new BBQ position and the seating area was not to our liking, with no lighting in place it was impossible to sit in the area in the evening, lighting should have been a number one priority when moving the BBQ.

Hi Florence, It was really lovely to have yourself and Archie back again. Thank you for your feedback about the BBQ area. We are still working on this area and the BBQ area will be much improved Lighting is a key element and the area is going to have some more improvements done to it early in December. The area around the BBQ is going to be extended and the lighting in place, a new seating area and possibly a fire pit will be going in as well, to make the area really sociable for the future. We hope to see you again, and once again thank you for your feedback.

So good we keep coming back.

This was our 6th time staying with villasnow dating back to 2010. We have never stayed in a villa with anyone else which just shows how much we love it and trust Villas now. The villa is a home from home with everything we could ask for and we had a really good time. Nothing major however a bit of constructive criticism. It appears Villa del sol has a store room at the side which wasn't a problem but on a few hot nights with the window open, we was woken at 5am and 6am hearing someone moving around outside which was a bit worrying until we worked out what it was. We felt this was a bit early to be woken up. We stayed in Villa del sol in 2010 and the sun beds look like they haven't changed. Some are broken and uncomfortable to use. Lanzarote gets dusty and the pool area got very dirty. I couldn't find and outside brush to keep it clean.

Very comfortable and clean. Nicely decorated. TV with various channels, good wi fi. Nice pool and patio area with comfortable furniture. Well equipped kitchen. The slow cooker and blender were a nice bonus. We used it several time. Great to come in to a cooked meal once we had prepared it. The wok and frying pans could do with replacing. The dishwasher did not really clean the dishes properly. But we were fine to wash up. Also 2 sets of towels would be nice plus a bath mat in the second bathroom. And last a mirror in the other double bedroom.

Very clean, well equipped villa in great location. Good quality towels & bedding. Outdoor space excellent with quality furniture & great BBQ. Welcome pack a nice touch. Instructions for switching off villa alarm would have been useful on arrival! Replacement of ripped canopy needed. Provision of a couple of euro coins for air con would be useful to start the week.

Thank you for your review and I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. There are instructions for the alarm in the form of a QR code which is located next to the alarm panel by the front door. We were unaware of the ripped canopy and will have a look at this immediately.

The accommodation was well laid out . Pool and surrounding area excellent . Good location. Some of the cooking pans could do with replacing eg. Frying pans and wok. Sun loungers could be in need of replacing 2 were split and 1 actually collapsed while being used.

Wonderful villa

Everything about this villa was as wondedful and had everything you could possibly want, the outside space was ample and well maintained and the deck area was a great addition with comfy seating in the shade. Inside was immaculate and the villa had everything you would need, the welcome pack was very well received as we arrived late. The location is great, on a quiet street, and 10 minutes for a walk to flamingo area and probably another 15 to playa blanca centre. We were lucky enough to meet the owners whilst there and they were very helpful and accomodating. We had a few small issues on arrival which were sorted promptly the next day by villas now reps. No real negatives about the villa, the only thing we would have liked was a brush and pan to clean the tiled living/kitchen space as we saw fit.

Amazing stay

Absolutely loved this Villa ...10/10!!. It was clean, modern and although located about 25 minutes walk outside the main Playa Blanca, it was a lovely 25 mins walk. We did have a little trouble checking in as unknown to me, all the check in details were sent to my email spam box and I missed it...one to look out for in future!! I can only suggest a text message be sent as a back up in future. But other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would seriously consider coming back again in the future. Thanks to all for our memories of Lanzarote. (PS...As a family, we discussed that the pool would look lovely and usable if it could be lit up for the evenings).
