Welcome to your “home away from home” - 5 min walk from the Witney town centre and an ideal base for exploring the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) and Oxfordshire. This property was built by my great grandfather and is now managed by the third generation of the same family.
Witney Hideaway has been professionally renovated/decorated to a very high standard combining the charm of old world antiques with modern conveniences. Perfect for time away and self-catering vacations.

Propietario/a: Amy Brice
This property was built in 1934 by my great grandfather and it's been in our family ever since. I'm a friendly Canadian who was born in UK and lives in Switzerland. My husband Franklyn and I have two beautiful daughters, a long-hair dachshund named Indigo and a tortoise called Arthur. I'm the fourth generation of our family caretaking this property, and we are thrilled to offer the Witney Hideaway to guests who will love it as much as we do.

The Witney Hideaway is located in an historic part of Witney, and it's the perfect location for exploring the Oxford and Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Within 2 minutes walk of the front navy blue door you can catch a bus to go into Oxford or London for the day, or you can head into the Cotswolds by car, bus or taxi. There are restaurants and shops all within easy walking distance so everything is really easy to get to.
If you’re a foodie or just love to cook then you’ll love our kitchen! High-end Boesch appliances, Nespresso milk frother, spices and condiments, good quality cooking pans, etc. Everything you need to cook up a storm!

“Communication was excellent and Amy was very friendly and helpful. We travelled with a baby and Amy did everything to ensure that we had everything we needed. The location is great as town centre is in walking distance. I would definitely stay again if visiting the area."

Excellent location to visit the area and walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. TV streaming excellent for watching all the great British TV productions. I would strongly recommend this accommodation very relaxing, quiet and comfortable. Amy is an amazing host. We will definitely be back."
