Stylish 2 bedroom apartment in central Harrogate, just an 8 minute walk to the railway station, 5 minutes to the Convention Centre and around 10 minutes to Bettys Tea Rooms. Upgraded bedrooms, hotel quality cotton linen and new 50 inch Samsung Smart TVs. Located in a building with 3 similar apartments, sleeping up to 12 guests in total when booked together.

Welcome to Mayfield Two, a stylish and modern first floor apartment ideally located on the doorstep of Harrogate town centre. This property is one of three Airbnb purpose built apartments in the same building, which together can accommodate up to 12 guests if booked together, ideal for groups attending conferences, events, or family gatherings.

Recently refreshed with upgraded bedrooms, hotel quality cotton linens, and the new 50” Samsung Smart TV, this apartment is just a short walk from both the Harrogate Convention Centre and the town centre. It has been upgraded with light interior refresh to further enhance the guest experience. New professional photos will be added shortly as we continue to improve the apartments.

Both bedrooms are filled with ample amounts of natural daylight throughout the day and give you more than enough space to lounge, sleep and get ready for the day ahead. The beds and mattresses are of a premium quality and come with high thread count linen to match.

The living area/kitchen area is open plan and leaves you with 4 important decisions to make. Relax, Cook, Eat or all of the above? The new 50” Samsung Smart TV is loaded with everyday TV plus Netflix, you can also find some board games in the drawers. Pack your chef's hat because the kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, plates and all the glassware you could possibly need to treat your loved ones or to dine alone. That can be enjoyed in the dining area that is set up and ready to go for you as soon as you arrive!

Keys are accessed through a lockbox at the front of the property. Access codes are provided 24 hours before your arrival date.

Parking: We provide parking discs which allow you to park directly outside the front of the property for up to 2 hours. You will then have pin locations for 2 streets less than a 5 minute walk away that will allow you to park free of charge.

Important: this is an upper-level unit and can only be reached via stairs (no lift/elevator). If you or anyone in your party has difficulty with stairs, please contact us before booking.

Small getaway

Very nice flat, everything worked as expected, lovely and clean and well presented, felt very secure and the parking is literally around the corner, but Harrogate is a lovely little town so was not concerned at all.

Great Location for all things Harrogate

Clean and well presented property, with well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Superb location for town centre with shops and restaurants galore. Parking permit given for parking directly outside property for two hour periods. Payable car parks within easy walking distance of the property.

Lovely clean comfortable apartment. It is exactly as you see in the photo's. Good clear communication all the way through, easy access and Youcef stayed in touch throughout. The extra little touches made the experience more enjoyable. Tea, coffee,porridge pasta, goodies as well ....amazing. He thought of everything. Very short distance from the bus,train station and centre. Youcef has left beautiful presented information book on pubs, restaurants and things to do etc ...Next time we will bring some friends and book all 3 apartments we were that impressed.

Beds were very comfy and kitchen was adequately equipped but the second bedroom would have benefitted from a wardrobe or a clothesrail at least. The mirror in the main bedroom would be better hung on the wall so bending down to dry hair wasn't necessary. Perhaps also the hair on the bathroom floor from previous guests would better not have been there.

Short weekend break

The property was maintained to a high standard , very clean and well presented. Very comfortable. Just looks as in the pictures shown online. Small lounge, but two very good sized double bedrooms and kitchen diner. We where out and about most of the time and was big enough for two friends staying. Nice touches with toiletries in bathroom. Walking distance from the station and close to walkto shops and restaurants and bars. We certainly would re book here again

Excellent short stay apartment

Described as Cosy we were expecting small. In practice the living area was small but big enough to be comfortable, the kitchen was a reasonable size with dining table, the main bedroom was bigger than most hotel rooms, the bathroom has an excellent walk in shower, and the second bedroom was adequate for another two people. Even with family visiting for a cup of tea there was room to sit comfortably and chat. An excellent choice for my wife and I for two nights as a wedding anniversary weekend. Owner communication is very good. Highly recommended.

Fantastic stay - great hosts

Here’s your revised review with those details included:---We had a wonderful stay at Apartment 2, 40 Mayfield Grove, Harrogate. The location was ideal—just a short walk to Asda for convenient shopping and only a 2-3 minute walk to some fantastic restaurants and takeaways. The city centre was just 7 minutes away, making it easy to explore everything Harrogate has to offer.Parking was hassle-free, with Park View Parking just a 5-minute walk away. At only 8.40 per day, and with the option to pay via an app, it saved us from making trips to the machine each day.The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and offered great value for money. The hosts were fantastic—always communicative and helpful, making sure everything was perfect for our stay.Overall, a brilliant experience at a very reasonable price. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
