On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with satellite TV and a large wood-burning fireplace, as well as a convenient laundry area. Two bathrooms with showers complete the ground floor.Going up to the first floor, you will find two bedrooms: one double with en-suite bathroom and one with two single beds, both furnished in traditional Tuscan style. There is also a bathroom with shower, a room with a kitchenette, and a quiet sitting area with a sofa where you can relax. Open the door and step into the outdoor garden with a panoramic terrace overlooking the famous Chianti hills near Florence!From the second floor, you can enjoy a wide view of the Gambassi Terme hills, visible from the three bedrooms: two doubles (one with en-suite bathroom) and one with two single beds, plus another bathroom with shower. Inside the villa you will find air conditioning, while outside there are convenient private parking spaces.
