Cathedral Quarter House with parking for 2 cars. 5 mins walk to Cathedral
No. 17 is perfectly positioned in the Historic Cathedral Quarter on the same level as the Cathedral (so your choice if you want to go down the famous Steep Hill & take the walk back up again).
The house has been recently renovated to a high standard is very warm and cosy.
No.17 is in a quiet side street so a good nights sleep is guaranteed. There is a private driveway with parking for two cars.
Situated close to the Cathedral, Castle, shops, bars & restaurants of the Bailgate area.

The space
No.17 is a semi detached Victorian house in a quiet Lane just a 3 minute walk to the Cathedral and 5 minutes to the Bailgate.
The lounge has a very comfortable parker knowle suite, a 50 inch smart tv with free NETFLIX available to all guests. There is also a DVD player an a few dvds you can watch.
The Kitchen is fully kitted out with a dishwasher and a washer drier.
The interior has been decorated to a high spec with a modern yet comfortable style.
The dining room is the perfect space for a family dinner or dining with friends table can seat 6 or 8 if extended. The Chandelier and over fire mirror make an impressive setting.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms the master bedroom has a super king size bed that can also be changed to two single beds on request at booking.
The second bedroom has a king size bed. Both have plenty od storage space for clothes for guests looking at a longer stay. We have bookings from people for a month of more.
The bathroom has an original enamel bath with integral shower.
The house has 2 original fireplaces and a log burner if required however the house is very warm and cosy.
The lounge has a very comfortable parker knowle suite, a 50 inch smart tv and dvd player. Free Netlix available to all guests.
Guests visiting for over a week will have the property cleaned and bedding and towels changed on a weekly basis at no extra cost.
Rosita is an artist and the house walls have many of her paintings displayed.
If any guests would like to buy a painting or commission their own original please contact us during or after you stay.

Tim and Rosita
We are proud of our holiday lets in Lincoln we decorate and furnish them to a high standard.
They are kept immaculately clean for our guests to enjoy.
Most of the artwork on display are original and painted by Rosita.
Rosita is Persian attended Tehran University gaining a degree in art.
Rosita and I were married in 2019 having set up our holiday letting business in 2018.
Our properties are well established and have many returning guests every year.
Tim has recently retired from a large corporate business and will now spend more time helping Rosita with the properties.
We both enjoy travel in the UK and abroad and staying in other holiday lets.
We both enjoy hiking in the hills around the UK.
I am a golfer and Lincolnshire has many excellent courses that can be easily visited from Lincoln.
