The Crow's Nest, Ventnor Beach (with Hot Tub)
If you're looking for somewhere truly unique to stay, The Crow's Nest is the perfect hideaway. Think of it as your own luxury treehouse overlooking the beach, complete with a couples private hot tub. Winner of the 2019 & 2022 LUXLife Magazine, Best Luxury Coastal Retreat.
A cedar cabin nestled high into the cliffside overlooking Ventnor beach. It has bi-fold windows along two sides, opening up your room so it's just you, the sea and the horizon.
Inside The Crow's Nest has one main open plan room (20sq metres) with a kingsize bed overlooking the sea, Nespresso coffee machine, Wi-Fi, smart tv and fluffy robes and slippers. It has a separate rainfall shower (in the main room) and separate cloakroom with toilet and wash basin. It also has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster and hairdryer.
Outside is a gas BBQ with hob if you fancy cooking (no oven) but as Ventnor is a foodie hotspot we think you'll be lured by the wonderful choice of pubs and restaurants just a few minutes walk away. For your arrival we will also supply Nespresso pods, teas, hot chocolate, fresh milk, mineral water plus a few nibbles.
The Crow's Nest has a large south facing 16 square metre private balcony with stunning sea views. The balcony has 2 sun loungers, sofa and armchair plus folding dining table and chairs. The balcony connects to the room with bi-fold doors. To the rear is a tropical planted area with secluded gazebo and your own 24-jet hot tub overlooking the bay.
Guest access
The Crow's Nest is located on Ventnor Beach and as our top cabin it has its own separate, private entrance off Bath road. We provide a complimentary parking permit for your stay, it's also a tourist permit and can be used around the island. Many guests don't even use the car during their stay as their are so many pubs, restaurants and coastal walks all on your doorstep. Please note there is a short walk uphill from the car park to The Crow's Nest.
The Crow's Nest is part of The Cabin, Ventnor Beach. Below the Crow's Nest we have another larger cabin called The Ocean Suite also on Vrbo! Below that is Britannias our private family apartment where we often stay, so on hand if you need anything!

Hi, I'm Rowena and I manage (and built!) our holiday rentals here at The Cabin, Ventnor Beach. We loved Ventnor so much we moved here from Oxford, which is over 15 years ago now! I also work as a writer and film producer and I'm also mum to our 7 year old son called Fox, so my life is fairly busy!

Our guests tell us that our properties are very special, and The Crow's Nest is hugely popular for birthdays, anniversaries and honeymoons. I think we have had over 20 proposals to date!! It's a bit like a luxury treehouse, with gorgeous sea views and we try and give our guests the 5 star experience. It's the little touches which make all the difference!
