Klimt is a 4-bedroom villa located in the popular resort town of Pernera, in a secure gated residence community just minutes away from some of the island’s most beautiful sandy beaches and all amenities, from restaurants to traditional cafes, bars and markets.

This modern villa with private pool is brand new and has been fully furnished with modern luxuries and stylish accents. It features a pressurized water system, air-conditioning, free wifi internet and private parking.

Enjoy the 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom.

On the ground floor you will find a bright and spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area with large sliding glass doors overlooking the pool and terrace. The living room is furnished with modern but comfortable furniture, as well as a large TV connected to a sound system ideal for movies and music. A large sofa-bed in the living room makes for relaxing and comfortable entertaining. Also, on this floor you will find a bedroom, and a guest bathroom.


On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a large family bathroom. Two extra beds can be added in these two bedrooms.
The first floor also features two small balconies with a tea table and chairs which will offer a stunning view of the sunset.

The pool area includes 4 sunbeds, a full dining set, outdoor comfy armchairs, reclining chairs, a hammock and various toys for endless summer fun and relaxation. The jacuzzi (Hot Tub) is on request and at extra charge.


Finally, the house is decorated with Klimt paintings which create an arty and romantic atmosphere which will make your stay an unforgettable experience.

Bedroom 3 is now fitted with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed (with 3 floors/3 single beds).
Bedroom 4 is now fitted with 2 single beds (can be connected to become 1 Queen Size Bed) and 1 bunk bed.
