Relax at the Scottish themed Butt n Ben Cottage (with super king size bed). It is a very clean, cosy , well equipped comfortable home, with Netflix. Free parking at the front door too. Ideal location for the hills and touring the beautiful region. Fancy a peaceful stroll along the Ericht river it’s only 3 mins walk away or continue walking for a further 2 mins into the quaint highland town centre of Blairgowrie (famous for its strawberries- a must have) for a pub ,supermarket, cafes, shops and restaurants. We can happily give you recommendations or you can ask a friendly local.>>

We had a great stay here. The host had wonderful communication before, during, and after our stay. The place is cutely decorated and well stocked. There was plenty of room for my husband and I. There was a dedicated parking spot that was convenient. The area was really quiet while we were there.This was a convenient home base for day trips to Dundee and Glamis.

Sehr schönes kleines Haus, das mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist. Hier muss man sich einfach wohlfühlen. Ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen, mit eigenem Parkplatz. Alles sehr sauber, zweckmäßig ausgestattet und mit sehr guten Betten. Schneller und freundlicher Kontakt zur Inhaberin.

The property was exactly what we needed. Cute little cottage just a short walk to town. We hike and this was the perfect location. Fiona was a wonderful host. Clean and well stocked. Could not have asked for more. And Buddy was the best pup!

Wonderful place for one or two people. There were so many nice touches: bits of history, fun The Broons books, well-equipped kitchen with coffee, milk, bread, and treats provided. The location is perfect, with a bus stop across the street, and town center a quick walk over the bridge. Everything you need for a home base in Perthshire.

Cracking wee cottage. Maw, Pa and the bairns would love it. All mod cons, ultra clean, great comfy bed and great shower. Host brilliant. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Really enjoyed our time in the property. Very cosy once we had the heating going. Everything you need in the kitchen for a short break and Fiona was incredibly kind leaving eggs, bread and milk for us as well. Super relaxing for us and our dog.

Lovely quaint little cottage

We loved the cottage. Decor was lovely, homely and just what we needed. Everything you can think of was provided even for the dog which was great. Highly recommended will definitely be back.

Charming hospitable apartment

A charming warm cozy atmosphere with many extras provided, eggs, bread, butter, jelly, hot chocolate, strawberries and cream, all appreciated by weary travelers. Good host communication. Highly recommend! communications. We felt comfortable and welcomed.

Butt n Ben

Property is small but immaculate. Fiona, the host, is so welcoming and adds lots of little personal touches which were very welcome ( bread, milk, cheese, strawberries and cream. Goodies for our dog too! ) Sad to say however, there was lots of traffic noise over the weekend, nights were particularly bad. Also, though no fault of the host, there was lots of building work going on directly opposite us all day long, which was very unsettling for our dog. Finally, I would say, there’s really no garden as described. There is a square of grass at the end of the houses, not enclosed ( not ideal with a dog that likes to wander!). It really is simply a drying area. Lots of lovely walks though close by

Cozy and clean

The place was so lovely prepared for us, that we felt home already. Even Fiona was not present she was always available for our questions and wishes. Best location for wonderful walks, wondering through some nice little shops and having some drinks and Scottish food in the pubs of Blairgowrie.

I am only 3 mins walk to the river ericht and it’s so relaxing when I’m there.
The quaint town centre of Blairgowrie is only a 5 mins walk away, the people are so friendly .
in 5 mins in the car and I’m in the beautiful cairngorm mountains.
