Plush studio apartment is set within the development in Central Solihull. A stones throw from Solihull town centre & an array of independent coffee houses and up-market shops. It has been recently built to an exceptionally high standard allowing our guests to enjoy a hotel experience with the comforts of a home away from home.
The Space:
One of the Solihull's new development has been meticulously crafted to meet the needs of the modern traveller; we’ve thought of everything. This studio with windows flood light into it for a bright and airy feel, and the modern and open-plan living spaces enhance this vibe. The apartment is kitted out a double bed, built in wardrobe, smart TV, high speed WiFi, all kitchen appliances, amenities and 1 parking space as standard life a breeze for residents - especially after a long day hitting the shops or in the office. Whether you’re sinking into our plush sofa for a Netflix binge or hosting friends in the sociable open-plan living space, this is the perfect spot to recharge, entertain and feel inspired.

The Neighborhood:
Our apartment is located in the heart of Solihull and a stone’s throw from the Touchwood Shopping Centre for all your retail and culinary needs. You’ll find the train station is a 8-minute walk. Enjoy a show or attend a conference at The NEC, only 15 minutes, by car and if you’re after serene surroundings the we suggest a day trip to Malvern and Brueton Park. Just over a mile away, it benefits from a conservation area with tennis courts , a lake, and a playground, so there’s plenty to enjoy with family & friends.
Getting Around:
The development is a 1 minute walk to Solihull Station where you can get a train into Birmingham City Centre within 10 minutes or a train to London in 1 Hour and 30 minutes. Solihull Town is a short 10 minute walk. Due to the location and the parking on site you have array of options to get to any of your destinations

Photo ID is required as part of the reservation process, this is done via our secure platform and a link to do this will be provided when you book the reservation.
