Mar Grande is a new, fully equipped apartment consisting of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and a living-dining room with a sofa bed and air conditioning.

The panoramic balcony and the view from the bedroom, living room and kitchen are undoubtedly the apartment's differentiating factor. Facing the Atlantic Ocean and the imposing and beautiful north coast of the island, the space invites you to enjoy a meal in the light of a magnificent sunset.

If you're passionate about nature walks and the trails of the green island, a 10-minute drive away you'll find the Salto do Cabrito and Lagoa do Fogo trails. At the end of the day, if you need to wash your clothes, there is a washing machine and dryer at your disposal.

If you like to cook your own meals, then you can too, as the kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and appliances you'll need.
When you're relaxing, you can watch a movie or your favorite series on the Smart TV.
The apartment has free private parking, as well as free parking spaces on the street.
