The house is located within a historic citrus grove. Every detail of the traditional Sicilian garden has been recovered. The irrigation system of the citrus grove dates back to the 1930s and respects the hydraulics principles of the Arab Middle Ages, and one can almost always hear the sounds of water flowing through the clay and calcarenite pipes. There are many signs reminiscent of the 1970s classic rock epic. All the rooms have external entrances. Inside the garden is the owners' house and an annexe for guests. The facility provides its own organic vegetable garden (summer only) and its own citrus grove (winter and spring).
The kitchen and dining area are open-air. Even in winter it is possible to dine on the veranda because it is heated with a good radiant heater (average temp. +22C°).

The entrances to the rooms are external. The owner's house stands in the building. In the garden lives our family's dog (of joyful disposition). The owner shares the garden with guests. Please inform us of your arrival time.
Due to the presence of the owner's dog, guests with pets are kindly requested to inform the host. The host reserves the right to enter the property with a code. Cleaning of the garden and outdoor areas is the responsibility of the host. Intermediate cleaning of the rooms can be carried out DIY (the necessary equipment including detergents is available at home) or, for an additional charge of €. 25.00, will be carried out by the property. There is another residential unit in the building which does not use the kitchen, veranda, dining area and swimming pool. Guests can do their own linen change (linen provided by the facility at no cost).
