The houses of "BIRRI SUL MARE" in NOTO, in the province of SIRACUSA, date back to the 60s and since the early 2000s have been transformed into HOLIDAY HOMES for SHORT-TERM RENTALS, decent and adequately cared for, furnished and equipped, with the privilege of being located in one of the most beautiful stretches of the coast of south-eastern Sicily, overlooking the beautiful beach of Eloro Pizzuta, in the heart of the Archaeological Park of Eloro and right where the protected nature reserve of Vendicari begins.
The entire area is protected with access permitted only to residents and guests.

All the houses are equipped with WI-FI, washing machine, air conditioning and fans; the larger houses are also equipped with dishwashers.

Upon their arrival, guests find the houses clean and prepared in a thorough and professional manner, sanitized and already complete with all the textiles, supplied by one of the most serious linen rental companies in the area. An important goal for us is to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, order and safety over time, without compromise.

The houses are eco-sustainable and the policy we have adopted for the management of our territory is based on the utmost respect for the environment.
