Casa Mistica is a recently renovated villa (April 2025), set in a quiet and relaxing hillside location near Lucca, surrounded by greenery and offering beautiful views over the Tuscan countryside.
The house, garden and swimming pool are for the exclusive use of the guests, with no shared spaces.

The property is bright and ideal for outdoor living, enjoying sunlight from sunrise to sunset.

🌳 Outdoor areas & swimming pool

Outside you will find a large panoramic patio with table and chairs, ideal for outdoor meals, as well as a barbecue.
The private garden also features an outdoor shower.

At about 20–30 metres from the house, there is a private swimming pool for exclusive use, irregular in shape (approx. 4 × 3 m) with massage water jets.
The pool has a maximum depth of approx. 80 cm and is designed for relaxation and wellbeing, not for swimming.

The property is fully fenced, ensuring privacy and tranquillity.

Possibility to book a fully equipped beach tent at a beach club in Lido di Camaiore (about 25 minutes by car):
large umbrella, 2 sun loungers, 2 deck chairs, 2 chairs and table.

Daily cost: €40 (special rate).
The standard price without agreement is around €60 per day.
Advance booking is recommended, especially during high season.

📍 Location

Casa Mistica is located about 500 metres from the village of San Martino in Freddana, where you will find a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, pizzerias, delicatessen, butcher, bakery, café, tobacconist, hairdresser, mechanic, dry cleaner and newsagent.

🌿 Serbacco Natural Park

At the bottom of the hill lies the Serbacco Natural Park, a charming and peaceful place where farm animals live, including ponies, Tibetan goats, turtles, geese, guinea fowl and chickens.
Inside the park you will find wooden games, traditional games, old carriages and a puppet theatre, very popular with both children and adults.
The park is open to the public, with higher attendance at weekends, while still maintaining a relaxed atmosphere.
