Recently renovated, this 19m² bright studio apartment is ideally situated in the Concorde on the edge of Cannes Marina. A 15 minute walk will take you to the port and sandy beaches of Mandelieu Napoule where you will find a great choice of restaurants and bars for all tastes and budgets. Shopping is easy as the Géant Casino supermarket which is just 5 minutes away.
For those who enjoy golf, Mandelieu has two beautiful 18 hole courses. Mandelieu Old Course is just 5 minutes walk from the studio.
Mandelieu is a small market town only 7 km from Cannes. This town offers a weekly market, numerous shops and supermarkets, restaurants and cafés. Good bus service and train station is about 15 minutes walk.There are more shops and another market close by in the village of La Napoule .
The studio is well equipped with a washing machine, 4 ring hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.The terrace enjoys a pleasant view over the Marina and swimming pools and is North West facing.On the Marina you will find a bar serving coffee and drinks and also supplying fresh bread and croissants. There are also 3 restaurants . You will have access to the swimming pool during your stay.
Possibility of renting a private parking space. Cost 50 euros per week. For long stays of 1 month or more, parking is offered. Otherwise there are visitors parking spaces available on the roadside in front of the building but space is difficult to find during the high season.
