This beautifully decorated townhouse is located on a small condominium with a landscaped garden, from which you can walk to directly from the terrace. Where you can enjoy the sun and children can play safely. There is a large swimming pool and a separate children’s pool with an outside shower. Casa Marinha 1 is walking distance from the beach, Praia da Marinha, which is one of the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve.



It has quite a number of steps down to the beach, surrounded by rock formations. There is a BBQ area in the car park overlooking the sea, and beautiful cliff walks. Praia da Marinha has been voted the top 20 most beautiful beaches in the world by Tripadvisor.

Living room

The living room is furnished with stylish and comfortable furniture. The doors lead to a big terrace with the pool nearby. The dining area is connected to the living room and offers seats for 6 people. The living room is equipped with air conditioning.



First Floor

The master bedroom has a double bed (1.60 x 2.00m) and air conditioning. The bedroom doors open to a balcony with views of the garden, pool and out to sea. There is also a side terrace with seating to enjoy the views. There is an ensuite bathroom with bath (Jacuzzi is not useable) and shower, toilet, double sink and bidet. There is also plenty of room to put a Z Bed and Cot.



Ground Floor

The second bedroom has a kingsize bed(1.80 x 2.00m), air conditioning. There is a separate large bathroom, with shower, double sinks, toilet and bidet. There is plenty of wardrobe space in both bedrooms.



Kitchen

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine.



Exterior

From the patio, you can enjoy a BBQ while looking at the views of the garden and pool. This location is ideal for families with children as the patio is fully enclosed. Behind the apartment, there is ample parking space. A restaurant can also be found on the beach during the summer months.

The house is equipped with one cot and one high chair. We can arrange a second cot and/or high chair for 20 Euros per item per stay. If you have a late arrival, it is possible to order some basic groceries. These will then be available in your home. The products are at cost price + a fee for delivery.
