Enjoy a stay with the whole family or group of friends in this detached group home with private sauna at Dormio Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad. The Zeeland Deel Zee is a 16-person holiday home with 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, providing guests with a usable area of approximately 215m2. It’s the ideal holiday home for a group of up to 16 people!
The spacious lounge features a seating area which has a smart TV with streaming capability. There is also a dining area, where everyone can gather together to enjoy a meal. The luxury kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped, including a double Bora induction hob, 2 combi-ovens, 2 dishwashers and an automatic bean-to-cup coffee machine.
From the patio doors in the living/dining area, there is access to the spacious patio, which is a great place to relax. The patio offers guests a view of the creek on which the accommodation is located. A wonderful place to get together with the whole party and enjoy a bite to eat and drink.
Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a private sauna in one of the bathrooms where you can relax. There are also 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. Both are twin bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom. One bathroom has a sauna, shower and washbasin. The other bathroom has a bath, shower and washbasin. Moreover, one bedroom is equipped with a smart TV with streaming capability. There is also a separate toilet.
On the first floor, there are another 6 twin bedrooms, 2 of which are equipped with a smart TV with streaming capability. In total, there are 4 bedrooms on the first floor: 2 ensuite bathrooms with a shower, washbasin and toilet, 1 bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and toilet and 1 bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
