Cozy apartment with beautiful lake views a few steps from the bay of Pescallo.



The apartment, tastefully furnished, opens onto the living area including a living room with a sofa, a TV, a desk, a dining table and a balcony overlooking the lake, and a fully-equipped independent kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, a juicer and a toaster. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, some armchairs and a closet. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.

Lake Como offers some of the most striking urban, landscape and architectural gems of the entire Italian peninsula. Among the most fascinating aspects of this village there are undoubtedly its charming villas, famous all over the world for their splendor and their manicured gardens. To mention some of them, Villa Melzi boasts many works of art and 18 km of paths in its garden, and Villa Serbelloni, today a conference center of the Rockefeller Foundation, features a wonderful garden as well. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.



The nearest beach is the bay of Pescallo, just 5 minutes walk. The apartment is a 15-minute walk from Bellagio Station and Bellagio Pier and 1 hour and 20-minute drive from Orio al Serio Airport.
