Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher, and for entertainment there is a TV with Freeview and Chromecast (allows you to cast from your phone to the TV, e.g. to watch Netflix) and WiFi. Outside, there is off-road parking for three cars and a patio area. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome and fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. You can find a shop, pub and beach within 0.6 miles. The Golf Club at Nefyn close by can provide day and week passes to guests if they would like to use their facilities.
