A welcoming garden-level apartment with a private garden in central Cannes. Located in the historic Villa Leona residence at 17 avenue Saint-Nicolas, this 64 m² apartment was completely renovated in February 2023 and accommodates up to six guests in total, including children.



• The living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen open onto a 70 m² private, fully fenced garden with outdoor dining furniture and a gas barbecue with utensils.

• Cook at your own pace with a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

• Complimentary coffee and tea are provided.



• There are three separate bedrooms:

• Master bedroom: one 160 x 200 cm queen bed and a 43-inch / 108 cm Smart TV.

• Second bedroom: one 140 x 190 cm double bed and a 43-inch / 108 cm Smart TV.

• Third bedroom: one 140 x 190 cm double bed.



• The living room has a 50-inch / 127 cm Smart TV.

• TV channels are available through the SFR decoder.

• Free Wi-Fi is provided through a 1 Gbit SFR coaxial-fibre internet connection.

• A desk and comfortable chair are available.

• Individual reversible air conditioning is installed in the living room and all three bedrooms.



• The shower room includes a toilet, and there is a separate toilet, for two toilets in total.



• The shower has no raised threshold.

• Freshly laundered bed linen and towels are provided.

• A washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board are available.



The apartment is at garden level, reached by stairs. Two bedrooms have windows below street level. The residence has a secured entrance; self check-in is via the apartment smart lock.

• Palais des Festivals: 800 m, about 8 minutes.

• La Croisette and Plage Macé: 1 km, about 10 minutes.

• Rue d'Antibes: 700 m, about 7 minutes.

• Marché Forville: 900 m, about 9 minutes.

• Vieux Port: 1 km, about 10 minutes.

• Le Suquet / Notre-Dame d'Espérance church: 1.2 km, about 12 minutes.

• Cannes train station: 350 m, about 4 minutes.



• Shops, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance.

• Two travel cots, a high chair and a baby bath are on site.

• Cot mattresses and baby bed linen are available on request; please request them before arrival.

Pets require prior approval before booking. A fee applies per pet, per stay. A maximum of one pet is allowed. Parties, events and evening gatherings are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed.
