The space
The villa is a 120-square meter detached two-bedroom house with separate entrance and pool, sleeping up to 4 guests + 1 free extra guest if use existing beds (no spare bed). It is fully equipped and walled for your convenience and privacy (we also have a second villa next door - Baan Ping Tara Tropical Private Pool Villa (#11362280), which can be an option for 8 guests to stay in both villas).

Super comfortable beds and linen; teak furniture, black-out curtains, air conditioning, ceiling fan, desk, side tables and lamps complete each bedroom. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and two twin beds and the other has a king bed and private entrance to the guest bathroom (which can be locked off to make it ensuite as well).

Entertain, cook and enjoy in the heart of the open concept villa; the well supplied western kitchen, fitted out with a gas range, granite counters, filtered drinking water, full-sized fridge, microwave oven, toaster etc.; prep island and two bar stools. There is a complimentary washing machine and clothes rack beside the house.

Watch some TV or Netflix on the 48” LCD screen from the plush full-sized sofa or take in the pool view from the dining room. An outdoor dining set, BBQ (upon request) and a sun lounge are also provided.
Guest access
You will have complete and private access to the entire villa, pool and terrace. Nothing is shared with other guests.
Other things to note
Breakfast and dinner at the villa (extra charge) can be arranged.
Full cleaning is done twice a week.
Pool cleaning twice a week and use of washing machine are provided complimentary (soap not provided).

Please note that we are not a hotel, just private homeowners offering above average service for an affordable price! Please keep with the Thai custom of not wearing outdoor shoes/sandals inside the house. No smoking or use of mosquito coil in the house or within 2m near the open windows and doors, a fine 3000 baht may be applied to launder the curtains. Sorry, we don't accept pets. Small private parties (less than 8 people) are ok but if neighbors complain; the party stops. It is greatly appreciated if you could leave the house relatively tidy when you check out; dishes cleaned, and no garbage laying around. The villa offers a fixed amount of free electricity (25 units) per day and a nominal charge if using over this limit; we ask you to please turn off A/C, fans and lights when you are out. This is simply done to avoid frivolous use of the air con; most guests stay well within the free allowance.
