end of works January 2023.
It is located in a gated community with incredible ocean and jungle views.
The house has a large living room with open kitchen; fully equipped,
a master suite (king size) with private office
and bathroom / wc,
then on the opposite side two other bedrooms ( queen size)
each with private bathroom /wc.
All bedrooms have AC.
Large covered terraces
Carport
Fully equipped laundry room;
brand new washer and dryer.
Pool / jungle with nice birds; toucans, oropendolas, hummingbirds…
BBQ area.
Garden 2000m2
Security camera.
Optical fiber
No power cuts because 100% solar.
From this place you can visit a big part of the country:

Acércate a Campo de Golf OSA y Refugio Nacional de Vida Silvestre Hacienda Barú si buscas unas vacaciones activas, aunque para apreciar la belleza natural de la región lo mejor es visitar Parque Nacional Marino Ballena o Humedal Nacional Térraba Sierpe. Santuario de vida salvaje de Alturas y Museo de arqueología Topolandia también merecen la pena.
