This apartment is located on the first floor (no elevator) of a historic building and consists of a spacious master bedroom with a small terrace overlooking the pedestrian zone; a travel crib (105 cm by 60 cm) is available upon request for children up to 4 years old. Living room with a sofa not suitable for sleeping, table, chairs, and TV; fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, including a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, Bialetti capsule coffee machine, 4 induction burners with an oven, toaster, blender, citrus juicer, and everything you need for cooking. Utility room with a washing machine and sink; bathroom with a shower, bidet, and toilet; hair dryer and hair straightener. Spacious indoor terrace furnished with a table, chairs, and lounge chairs. Other things to keep in mind:<br>*** PLEASE NOTE ***<br>The following services must be paid in cash at check-in:<br>- Tourist tax (April through October) of €1.00 per night per person (ages 14 and up) for up to a maximum of 7 nights.<br>- Utility costs (water, electricity) are a flat rate of 50.00 € per week (for monthly or biweekly stays during the winter, costs will be charged based on actual consumption). <br>- The cost of the final cleaning is €30.00<br>- A photo (or photocopy) of the identification documents of ALL guests will be taken at check-in to comply with legal requirements.<br>- To allow for thorough sanitization of the accommodation, check-in is at 5:00 PM (flexible); I will notify you if the apartment is ready earlier.<br>The accommodations are equipped with air conditioning.
