The property boasts 4 spacious double bedrooms, with ample storage space and individual HDTVs in each bedroom. The bedrooms offer a private ensuite each with power shower facilities and complimentary toiletries. We provide one set of linens per bed, one bath towel per guest and one hand towel and bath mat per bathroom.
The kitchen boasts built-in appliances, such as an oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave as well as a toaster and kettle.
The property is conveniently located in a residential area, less than 2-min walk from local shops and amenities. Reading Town Centre is a mere 10-min walk away, where you will find restaurants, bars and the Oracle Shopping Centre. Reading West Station is less than 2-min walk and Reading Station is approximately 15-min walk away. The grounds for Reading Festival is approx 25-30min walk.
