In addition, there is also a superb hot tub towards the bottom of the garden. All three bedrooms are stylishly decorated with fresh cotton bed linen guaranteeing a perfect night’s sleep. The master bedroom on the first floor offers en-suite facilities including a roll top bath and dressing room. There is also a separate shower room on the ground floor meaning there is no waiting around in the morning.

With Manor Farm Cottage set close to Northallerton, the local pubs, restaurants and independent shops are within easy reach of the property. You can explore the stunning North York Moors National Park, which is full of cycle trails and fantastic, scenic walks, including the very popular Rievaulx Abbey. Other nearby towns and cities include the fabulous Helmsley, Thirsk, Richmond and a little further afield York, Harrogate and Leeds which can be accessed by the train station in Northallerton or around a one-hour drive. The beautiful east coast can also be found in half an hour so why not pack your bucket and spade and have a family day out at the beach. Alternatively, if you wanted to leave the car and have a day exploring there are plenty of picturesque walks right on your doorstep. There is also a lovely little village pub a mile from the cottage offering home cooked food and a large selection of local ales.
