Außergewöhnlich schön

Wir sind von Carla und Danielle sehr herzlich empfangen worden und haben eine liebevoll gepflegte Wohnung vorgefunden. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeber gaben uns viele nützliche und hilfreiche Tipps und ließen es an nichts fehlen. Die Wohnung und der Platz auf der Terasse haben eine einmalige Atmosphäre. Man kann draussen in der Morgensonne frühstücken. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und möchten gerne wiederkommen. Ute und Niko

Ferienwohnung wird weiter empfohlen

Die Ferienwohnung war absolut sauber, wir haben nichts vermisst. Besonders angenehm war, dass die Wohnung über eine sehr gut funktionierende Heizung verfügt, da unser Aufenthalt im November war. Carla ist eine sehr gute und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Marion&Matthias

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Absolut saubere, toll ausgestattete, zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegene Wohnung (1. Stock) in einer alten Villa! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und konnten uns jederzeit mit Fragen an Carla und ihren Mann wenden. Geschäfte, Restaurants, Vaporetto und der Strand sind zu Fuß innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreichbar. Mit den freundlicherweise zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrrädern kann man die gesamte Insel erkunden. Wir verbrachten hier wunderschöne Tage. Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Wunderbare Auszeit in familiärer Atmosphäre

Die sauberste Ferienwohnung, die wir bisher gemietet haben. Einwandfreie, unkomplizierte und super schnelle Kommuikation mit der Gastgeberin. Check In zu Zeiten von Corona absolut vorbildlich, sehr herzlicher Empfang. Carla und ihr Mann bewohnen die unterste sowie oberste Ebene der Villa. Dazwischen liegen die beiden mietbaren Wohnungen. Das Wohnen ist absolut ruhig, Carla jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr, sehr hilfsbereit. Strand sowie Geschäfte / Restaurants fußläufig oder per Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Auch der Besuch der vielen Nachbarinseln mit Vaporetto völlig unkompliziert. Wir hatten alles in allem eine tolle und erholsame Zeit, vielen herzlichen Dank dafür!!! 100 % Weiterempfehlung!

L'appartamento con il fascino veneziano, è un posto tranquillo dove rilassarsi e un buon punto di partenza per le cose da fare. I proprietari si prendono molta cura dei loro ospiti e del loro benessere. Sono disponibili biciclette giornaliere gratuite per gite di un giorno. Negozi e ristoranti sono raggiungibili a piedi. Attendiamo con ansia il prossimo soggiorno nel 2019.

Lovely hosts, perfect holiday

We loved our stay at Carla‘s house. She and her husband are lovely hosts. Very supportive and helpful with any questions we had. The house is cosy and comfortabel, super clean. You get a perfect impression how venetian life always was and still is. Carla even offered us bikes so we had the chance to explore theLido easily. The house is in 10 minutes walking distance to the Vaporetto stop to Venice. Mille Grazie Carla per tutto! We highly recommend your house!

Lovely place and excellent hosts

We booked to stay on Lido as we felt it gave us the best of both worlds - access to Venice but also the option for a more relaxed time on the beach. Our accomodation was excellent and Carla made us feel really welcome. She was able to give us some great tips on the best way to get around etc and her load of the bikes made a massive difference and had us zipping around the island! Only a few minutes walk to the water bus terminal and anout 15 to the beach (although only 5 by bike) it was ideally located. It was good to know that seh was on-site if we needed help but we had privacy and independence with the apartment.

Tolle Mischung aus Strand und Venedig

Als vierköpfige Familie hatten wir einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der venizianischen Villa. Zur Begrüßung erwartete uns ein riesiger Obstkorb und am Abend das spektakuläre Feuerwerk des Redentore-Festes. Mit dem Vaporetto ist man schnell in Venedig und auch der Strand ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir kommen gerne wieder.

un rêve !

Cela fait 15 ans que je passe mes vacances au Lido chez Carla. Sa maison est calme, propre et très accueillante. Une authentique villa des années 20. Un magnifique panier de fruits, des provisions pour les premiers jours, du spumante dans le frigo... Et la joie de revoir le visage souriant de notre hôtesse. Un vrai bonheur. Toute l'année, j'attends ces semaines... Merci Carla du fond du coeur.

warm welcome in Venice We come to Venice almost every year and for the first time we stayed in this lovely villa on the Lido, in the apartment on the first floor. From the first moment we felt very much at home and welcome. The owners are very warm and helpful people. Our apartment on the first floor is part of (what we call) un old urban villa, only 2 meters above a beautiful garden with a terrace and direct access to the garden. The big terrace, sunny in the morning, with a large table and comfortable chairs, gave us the possibility to have all our meals outside (to live outside). Every things you need in a kitchen was there. We also could sit in the garden which has not only flowers and trees but also herbs we were allowed to use for our dishes. The neighbourhood is very quiet and shops, restaurants, the vaporetto and the beach are at walking distance. We had a very good time in this nice place and are looking forwards to return there next year for more than two weeks.

Belle Vacanze

Siamo una famiglia tedesca. Abbiamo trovato una bella casa con un bell gardino, tutto era ordinato e pulito! La proprietaria era molto gentile. Tutto in cucina e bagno ha funzionato bene. I Vaporetti per visitare Venezia sono vicino e la spiaggia anche. Una casa verramente raccomandabile!

Fünf Sterne auf dem Lido

Wir waren zum dritten Mal in der schönen, persönlichen und stilvollen Wohnung mit Terrasse auf dem Lido und waren wieder sehr dankbar und begeistert. Die Wohnung liegt nah zum Vaporetto-Anleger und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der wunderschöne Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein; (für kältere Tage:) die Wohnung hat Heizung; die Matratze im Schlafzimmer ist fest und wunderbar; vom Murano-Leuchter bis zu den Jugenstilelementen und den schönen Bildern ist alles persönlich, stilvoll und einladend eingerichtet. Das Kochen in der Küche mit Terrazzo-Fußboden und das Speisen auf der Terrasse lassen die Ferientage zum Genuss werden. Sehr dankbar sind wir Carla, die unseren Aufenthalt mit Hilfsbereitschaft, guten Hinweisen, Gesprächen, Sorgfalt, Souveränität und großer Freundlichkeit immer wieder zur Freude machte.

Very convenient and quiet stay, love to come back!

We rented the upper appartment. Very spacy and comfortable for 4 adults. I liked the high ceilings. There was a very nice welcome and good explanation of everything. In the past we always stayed at hotels on Lido, but after this experience we definitively will come back at this beautiful place and sympathic owners.

Hélas! Déception!

C'était notre 5ème voyage à Venise, mais quelle déception! Nous aimons Venise, et le Lido particulièrement, mais quelle déception que ces vacances 2015. Cette dame était très peu aimable, pas souriante et méfiante vis à vis de nous, dès le début...sans doute parce que nous n'avions pas pu retirer la somme attendue dès le premier soir de notre arrivée. C'était la fête du ridentore et les distributeurs de billets étaient vides! A partir de là, les choses se sont mal passées tout le temps. Des amis sont venus (en vélo) nous dirent bonjour, elle nous a fait payé leur nuit chez nous. Finalement, vu la mauvaise ambiance, nous n'osions même pas aller dans le jardin pour souper, tellement nous craignions les remarques...bref, nous ne nous sommes pas sentis en vacances du tout et nous regrettons notre location. De plus, il faisait très lourd, pas de clim dans l'appart, juste deux petits ventilos qui ne servaient à rien, et nous avons été bouffés par les moustiques....Bref, même si mon appréciation se dénote de celles des autres, je persiste à dire que nous avons passé 15 jours tristes, tendus et en regrettant notre choix. Pourtant, nous avons pas mal de connaissances sur le Lido, et nous n'avons jamais eu de problème en plus de 20 ans de location de vacances. Bonne chance aux suivants, nous ne retournerons jamais chez cette dame!

Me, my wife and two boys enjoyed our stay here in this beautiful, exclusive neighbourhood. We loved the terrace and the access to the garden. It was also convenient with the owner living close by, always helpful. The welcome basket with fruits was appreciated as well.

Our ninth perfect stay

Carla and Daniele welcomed us for the 9th time this year in their wonderful apartments in the Lido. Everything was as clean as ever, the kitchen well-equipped, the fruit basket full and the beds firm and comfortable. The location is perfect - a quiet spot on the Lido island, easy to get to from the line 1 vaporetto - with a nice yard and even a little canal right across the street ! Even our teenagers are enthousiastic about returning every year!

Lovely apartment on the lovely Lido

This was the perfect base for our family in Venice. Our two children (10 and 7) loved being a five minute walk from the beach. I enjoyed being a short boat ride from Venice, a short stroll to lots of restaurants and cycling around the Lido. The apartment is charmingly furnished and extremely well stocked. Carla, the landlady, couldn't be more welcoming and helpful.

Fantastic stay and warm welcome in Venice

The house is decorated with a lot of love and attention. Nothing is forgotten. The whole atmosphere is very romantic. We stayed in the apartment on the first floor. There is a nice terrace with sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon. You can also use the beautiful garden with sun, pergola and trees. The neighbourhood is green, quiet and feels very safe. The Lido beach, the Vaporetto and the main shopping street are at walking distance, perfect. We stayed with two kids 12 and 15 and it felt safe to let them explore the neighbourhood by bike. The owners are very warm people that made us feel more than welcome and very happy. If you don’t relax here you won’t relax anywhere.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub auf dem Lido verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr stilvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Der riesige Obstkorb als Willkommensgruß mit dem Prosecco eine große Überraschung. Die Ferienwohnung mit großem Garten ist in einer absolut ruhigen Gegend und mit allem ausgestattet, was eben gebraucht wird. Kurzum hier füllt man sich einfach wohl und zuhause. Die Insel mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden, was wir täglich machten ist ebenfalls ein Highlight. Auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Wir danken recht herzlich Carla mit ihrem Mann.

Bel appartement dans joli...

Bel appartement dans jolie zone calme du Lido, très bien équipé avec tout ce qu'il vous faut pour rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible. Propriétaires très accueillants et efficaces. Par sa situation à deux pas de l'embarcadère des vaporetti, ce logement est idéal pour une visite décontractée de Venise et ses iles. Je recommande sans hésitation !

"Tres bon accueil, quartier trés calme proche du centre ville avec des magasins ou l''on trouve de tous "BILLA". une 10z minutes de marche à pieds tranquille pour acceder au logement depuis l''arrivée du vaporetto. Trés bonne expérience à renouveler"
