Hills of Camaiore, lovely house with pool and seaview!

Tuscan house situated in a lovely hamlet in the hills of Camaiore with private pool and a terrace that offers a marvellous view of the sea. The villa, completely renovated in every small detail, has been furnished elegantly. On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with sofa, TV, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunkbed and a bathroom with shower. On the outside access to the terrace is by a few steps and is equipped with an aboveground pool, barbecue with woodoven, bathroom with shower and a gazebo with a table and chairs. It offers a perfect place to have lunch or dinner and just have unforgettable relaxing moments. Private parking is at approx. 20 meters from the house and public parking is situated at approx. 100 meters from the house that can be reached by foot. Reservations for groups are not allowed. Internet, final cleaning, electricity, gas and water are included in the price. In the wintermonths, when necessary, an extra fee for the use of heating will be calculated. Airconditioning upon request for Euro 70,00 a week. Charging batteries of electric vehicles at the house is not allowed. Safety deposit of Euro 300 to be paid in cash directly upon arrival.
