Τhe flat is located in one of the most vibrant streets of the city at the heart of Thessaloniki and only steps away from the city’s famous seafront. It's recently fully renovated with brand new kitchen, bathroom and all new furniture & appliances. A modern 2-bedroom flat (75sqm) with a cozy living room & open space kitchen. It has a spacious balcony with side sea view. This Alterra Vita Apartment is just a home away from home & a modern but cozy place to relax after work,sightseeing or shopping.
The Apartment is on the 6th floor and is reachable both by elevator and stairs. All beds have new and comfortable mattresses. There is independent heating to be controlled by you and two A/C inverters for both heating and cooling. The is one A/C in the living room and one A/C at the main bedroom. Fresh bedsheets, towels, hairdryer, iron & iron board as well as shampoos are provided.
The flat is ideal for business trips since it is at the heart of the city and just 700m away from Thesslaoniki International Exhibition Centre (HELEXPO) and perfect for those who need a more independent choice of accommodation for their holidays than a hotel.
Ideal for couples, professionals, families or a group of friends who want to spend some days at this lovely city.
Bedroom 1
The main bedroom has a queen size double bed (160 cm × 200 cm) clean fresh linen, a spacious wardrobe and a small balcony looking at the back of the building at a spacious spot. There is a 2nd A/c in the main bedroom.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has the option of two twin beds (90x200) or a double bed. There is a window and a rail to hang your clothes. There is an extra portable fan to be used during the hot summer days.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with all the necessary utilities (such as coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, oven with hob – but also dish washer and washing machine/dryer). It has everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner.
The Bathroom
Brand new modern bathroom with spacious shower and all necessary amenities (shampoo, soaps, toilette paper etc.).
The Living Room
The bright living room is directly connected with the open space kitchen where you can have your meals. There is a SMART TV, and two sofas that are proper beds and can be used to accommodate 2 extra guests.
The Balcony
The balcony has a big table with benches, ideal for the warm nights. The flat is at a high floor and there is side sea view.
