Beautiful house, 1st row to the water

The summer house is scenically situated on a 5000m2 natural plot, only 200 meters from the water.



The house is furnished with a combined living and dining room with a well-equipped kitchen. From the dining table there is a view of the water, and there is space for the whole family to relax in the sofa group, which is furnished with several sofas, armchairs, small tables and reading lamps. In the living room there is a TV, radio and CD player. There is a chrome dongle and HDMI connector for connection to the TV. The house has free fiber network, which can be used wirelessly or wired.



There are two bedrooms with 3/4 beds and a room with two single beds. All rooms have good cupboard space. In addition, there are two spring mattresses that can be placed on the floor as needed. One bedroom has direct access to a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The second bathroom has a shower, spa and access to the sauna as well as a toilet in a small separate room. In addition, there is wicker furniture for relaxing after the bath.



The entrance area is a west-facing covered terrace in direct connection with the kitchen and an obvious place for a snack before the evening meal.



You can go exploring the small forest at the northern end of the site, or you can enjoy the sunset over the Limfjord and Mors from a bench. In several places on the grounds, there are unique views over the water and the coast.



Not for rent to youth groups.



Especially regarding wireless network. There are no wireless meters or similar in the house itself. These are built into a shed 30m from the house itself. If you switch off the wireless network in the house, it is thus possible to enjoy your holiday with relatively weak electromagnetic influence. Note: Not for commercial rental.
