When the magic blanket of winter covers the landscape, the house opens its doors to up to 4 people who can enjoy the cozy atmosphere. The spacious bedroom offers an intimate retreat, while the living room can be converted into an extra sleeping space with the help of a comfortable sofa bed. This offer is valid from 1 October to 1 April and is the perfect opportunity to embrace winter adventure in this idyllic setting.



When the spring sun smiles down, the house transforms into a true paradise for up to 8 people (with 4 charming bedrooms) who want to explore the sunny side of life. From April 1 to September 30, you and your loved ones can explore the surrounding area and then retreat to this intimate retreat.



The history of the house goes back to 1946, when it is said to be the first year-round habitable house in Balka. Its location on a private plot is an invitation to discover the nearby country road and easily accessible bus connections as well as the breathtaking Balka beach. A short walk takes you to Snogebæk, a charming village where Daglig Brugsen, locally inspired restaurants and craft shops are waiting to be explored.



The main house embraces its guests with intimate surroundings and a soothing atmosphere. The spacious master bedroom is an oasis of calm and comfort, while the two first floor bedrooms offer a private entrance via an external staircase. The accommodation features 4 single beds. 2 of them are permanently joined, and the remaining 2 (in the loft) can be combined if desired. A bathroom and toilet in the main house ensure convenience and functionality.
