This delightful villa in Tuscany is located a few km from the Maremma Natural Park and the Marina di Alberese beaches, giving you the opportunity to chose between excursions, days at the sea on a spotless and uncontaminated beach or relaxing bike rides on the cycle paths.



The small villa lies in a welcoming environment, surrounded by a beautiful garden full of plants and olive trees.



The access is easy over a few steps or via a ramp, which also makes the house accessible to disabled guests. As soon as you enter, you find yourself in a large living room with dining area that overlooks the fully equipped kitchen, creating a unique and spacious environment.



To the left of the living room a corridor with a small store room, the two bedrooms (double bed room and one with two single beds) and a first bathroom with a whirlpool tub. In the master bedroom, an "en suite" bathroom with shower makes the house also suitable for two couples of adults, guaranteeing total privacy.



One of the double rooms and the living room are air conditioned.



And for living in the open air and enjoy the tuscan climate, two large terraces and the front and rear garden will give you the opportunity to always eat outside or simply relax in the atmosphere of the summer evenings.
